竹田歌穂（たけだかほ）
鳥取県鳥取市出身。2016年3月東京藝術大学音楽学部を経て東京藝術大学大学院音楽研究科修士課程を修了。これまでに第25回中国ユース音楽コンクール《木管の部》優秀賞、第4回チボリジュニアサクソフォンコンクール高校の部第1位、第2回鳥取県新人クラシックアーティストオーディション《管打楽器の部》第1位、第31回日本管打楽器コンクール第5位、市川市文化振興財団第31回新人演奏家コンクール管打楽器の部優秀賞(第2位)など多数受賞。また第11回日本サクソフォン協会新人演奏会や、平成27年度東京藝術大学室内楽試験により木曜コンサートに選抜され出演。2017年には東京オペラシティリサイタルホールにてソロデビューリサイタルを開催、好評を博す。
一般財団法人地域創造平成27・28年度公共ホール音楽活性化アウトリーチフォーラム事業派遣アーティストとして広島県で研鑽を積み、各公演で好評を博す。現在はソロ、室内楽、プロ吹奏楽団、オーケストラのエキストラ等様々な演奏活動を行うほか、後進の指導にもあたっている。
これまでに原ひとみ、大城正司、須川展也、大石将紀、林田祐和の各氏に師事。

Kaho Takeda
Born in the Totori Prefecture of Japan, Kaho Takeda started to play the saxophone in a middle school band at the age of twelve.
Kaho has won several musical awards including the First prize at the 4th Tivoli Junior Saxophone Competition in Japan, the First prize at the 2nd Tottori-ken New Classical Artist Audition in Japan and the 5th prize at the 31st Japan Wind and Percussion Competition which is the most prestigious saxophone competition in Japan.
She also participated in the 11th Japan Saxophonist Association sponsored concert for new artists and was selected to perform in “Thursday Concert” which is reserved for the top scoring group in Tokyo University of the Art’s chamber music exams.
In July of 2017, She held a debut recital in Tokyo’s Opera City Concert Hall with great success.
Kaho studied the saxophone at the Tokyo University of the Arts earning her Bachelor Degree of Music in 2014 and Master Degree in Music in 2016. She studied under the wing of Hitomi Hara, Masashi Oshiro, Nobuya Sugawa, Masanori Oishi, and Hirokazu Hayashida.
Currently aside from solo performances, chamber music concerts, and playing as an extra in professional wind ensembles and orchestras, Kaho also teaches the saxophone privately.
She plays the Baritone saxophone in the Lumie Saxophone Quartet.
