材料 :
苏东 250 克
腌料:
盐 1/3 茶匙
胡椒粉 适量
肉类或鱼类 咖喱粉 2茶匙
蛋黄 1 粒
蛋黄粉或玉米粉 2 茶匙
干粉 :
面粉 2 汤匙
木薯粉 4 汤匙
Ingredients:
Squid 250 g
Salt 1/3 Teaspoon
Pepper
Curry Powder 2 Teaspoon
Egg Yolk 1 pcs
Custard Powder or Corn Starch 2 teaspoon
Flour 2 Tablespoon
Tapioca Starch 4 Teaspoon

Custard powder/corn starch 2tsp Coating 1. Flour 2tbsp 2. Tapioca flour 4tbsp Method 1. Mix the squid with salt, pepper and curry powder. Then add egg yolk and mix well. Lastly add custard powder and mix well. Set aside 2. Combine flour and tapioca flour in a container. Then add the squids and mix well 3. Heat wok with more oil. Sieve away excess flour from the squids 4. Deep fried the squids for 1 min. Drain the squids and set aside 5. Sieve the flour from the oil and raise the oil temperature. Then fry the squids again till golden brown. 6. Serve and enjoy! 💕

我看了视频马上去try 家里没咖喱粉所以就没放 没想到会大成功啊!!!太激动了!我从来都不煮炸物的 就觉得麻烦而且失败率也高 但是没想到第一次炸竟然和餐馆的一样口感和味道!!!🥹谢谢AhHong师傅让我对下厨又多了点热忱🔥

Tried your recipe but instead of sotong, I used oyster mushrooms.. Delicious.. The mushroom after cooled still crunchy.. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe..

可惜现在油很贵,除非连续炸不同食材,不然家里煮真的烦恼之一。不过谢谢阿鸿教会我这道炸sotong. 改天试一试。

您好 不客气 🙏 做菜其实是看自己要求 油方面可以用过炸过一两次还有油质的油 不一定要新油 如果掌控好厨房的基本操作 在家煮吃 不会有啥烦恼的

您好 可以用淀粉参少许水倒入油吸收残渣
想試看看但是Sotong很會噴油!有點怕😅

Takut goreng cumi, minyaknya bisa loncat , habis tangan aku pada merah 2 kenak minyaknya. Tapi kok Mr. Hong goreng minyaknya enggak loncat. 👍👍👍

您好 这是普通牌子 但是比较商用的 安全性不高 比较不适合在家用

你可以注意粉的比例 还有的就是炸sotong不能久的 一定形了就捞出 然后再冲油温sotong回锅一上色就能捞出了
如果不放咖喱粉可以吗?怕小孩不吃哦
