This entire work is approximately 32 minutes long and consists of three movements:
The first movement: The Present "Toccata" (sonata style)
The second movement: The Past "Variations"
The third movement: The Future "Rondo"
Pangu is the god of creation who gave mankind the power and wisdom to create civilization. The essence of Pangu is love, dedication, and the spirit of never-ending creation.

This is the most complex and rich piece for yangqin ! I wonder if it has even been played by someone else. It is very strong with emotions, with technical parts (intro of the 1st movement), violent parts (intro of the 3rd movement) delicate parts, some dark (2nd movement, from 17:07), some bright (3rd movement, from the 4th minute to the 7th30). This performance is stunning and deserves a lot more views.
This is a spectacular and beautiful composition!
