It seems like certain enemies have a special attacks where you can see this dim-blue light (similar to the red light that helps with evasions) and that's when you can perform execution/counter. As for the button combination, i have no idea

Rexlent has made a video where mumuplayer has been connected to kurogames to optimize pgr on mumuplayer. You can play up to 120 fps there.

@@kaedeharakazuha2003 yeah but the combat is really good. I'm enjoying it, It's harder and better than genshin where a day one player like me is just bored with the easy content. I'm a new player on pgr and I regret I didn't play it on day one so I can collect all ssr waifus like in genshin.

The air juggle/toss up attack that you see is called Counter and Execution this attack is only available for Uniquant/Transcendent

It's Pulao's Execution Mechanic. XD When an enemy gets low enough on HP (indicated by the orange bar below the HP Bar), a Transcendant can finish it off with a Basic Attack. Global Camu and Global Qu don't have this mechanic yet, though.

Considering nearly every coating with sfx are paid or 3 10k bc and 1 45k bc coatings (which is hard to get as f2p in NA server compared to CN bc the sped up update schedule) it’s not a crazy assumption

@@ArataItsuka91 I agree that they have to pay there bills but at the same time I agree with @bejeu. The amount of sfx skins for f2p (especially for NA because shorter updates = less bc and there are only about 3 10k skins and one bc spending event skin for 45k) are incredibly low compared so similar games like honkai. PGR does make quite a bit of money too, it’s not some small company.
