What i don't like with the terminal is that you need to "dock" the payment terminal to be able to print. The package is not easy to wear or use "on the fly". Everything else is top notch

This is great! It's a shame that here in Mexico we are currently stuck with the Zettle Reader 1. Support told me they are working on bringing the terminal and the reader 2 but I suspect that's just corporate copy paste. But I sure do hope that isn't the case because this think looks awesome! Cheers

Thank you so much for this video. I commented on your previous video saying I didn't receive a plug. I thought that little white box was a printer role for some reason and didn't open it 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Feel like such an idiot 😂😂 Thanks again for your reply and this video. Keep up the good work 👏 👍

Can you still connect this through your phone and use the zettle app to make the charges? Thankyou for the great video showing order receipts x

It looks fantastic but I'm sad to see it's not available in Australia. It's especially confusing since Paypal Here seems to have been discontinued so I have no idea what terminal to pursue

Zettle is by Paypal so that may be why. Maybe check if the Square Terminal is available in Australia?

Hey! I've got a question about the barcode scanning. If i scan a barcode, can i simply link the product i scanned to a product that's already in the inventory? Without creating a new one. Cheers

We believe that should be achievable but I recommend contacting Zettle directly to confirm.

Super easy! You just upload to your account like a profile picture and it automatically adds it.

This is a great video, thanks for the help. Wondering though if you have any insight as to how to print barcode stickers to add them for scanning? Do you know if Zettle offers this or what can I do to help me?

Zettle doesn't but we have a client that uses a third party which works with a thermal printer for great results.

Yes, it is perfect for pop up stores!

The terminal with dock doesnt connect to cash drawer which isnt great as u have to buy a more expensive printet doc

Can I use this device just as terminal to accept payments on the customer side as an iZettle 2? For example by selecting the products on an iPad and let the customer pay on this new zettle terminal. Thanks

No, sadly, you just have to use the Terminal in that case.

Yes, it does, the Terminal needs to be on the dock but doesn't have to be connected to power.

When you create your Zettle account you have the option to upload a logo in settings!

One question I can't find an answer for. Is the barcode reader able to scan QR codes?

Yes, the barcode scanner can read both EAN and QR codes.

I purchased this product for £200 and it was a mistake. The reader struggles to catch connection and when the customer pays the machine makes an error and they customer gets charged and at last you lose money. The mini machine is much better and reliable. Don't go for this bulky card machine it's completely faulty.
