Electronic ignition conversion on a RC style Zenoah motor.
G290RC motor with HWC CDI ignition.
Initial prototype was a 3D printed from ABS plastic. Worked for a little while.
Runs fine with standard flywheel. Idle is smoother, its easier to start and more responsive. It also seems much smoother at high rpm which is good.

Are you using a electric motor for a mini alternator?
Excuse my ignorance but could you tell advantages to the ei conversion over standard thanks

probably a lot knowing how they work a lot cleaner ignition and smoothens out the rpm and throttle response.
