Introverts are usually fine having one-on-one in depth conversations. We tend to dislike having to be fake nice in a superficial way to a crowd of people.

Her parents did such a good job in raising her and providing the space for her to decide and carve her own path and narrative and protect her from the industry, ve. using her as a check like a lot of parents. They made sure she knew what the main thing was.

It’s women like you that let everyone into blackness and let everyone and anyone represent black womanhood that are the reason colorist nonblack people and black men will always use these women to undermine our image and representation in society. I love zendaya I have since I was a kid and no one is jealous of her I support her work, but I understand I can support her and also acknowledge her dual racial identity and understand it’s different from mine and her having a non black parent will lead to her experiencing the world different from a black woman who has two black parents and not racial ambiguous. Stop vicariously living through these women and learn how to love your own image also. That’s self love. Zendaya is a definition of two individuals from different ethnicity that genuinely fell in love each other, their offspring is always a reflection of their love. Her dad wasn’t a self hating bm and her mom either. U can really tell biracial kids born out of fetishisation from both parents.

Her work ethic, or approach to progression is exactly mine. As a hairstylist, I’ve taken a very gradual pace to my work, by not just taking on everything at once. For example, right now, I’m only working on haircuts, refining my craft. Learning different textures, and making sure that when I do start color, I have nothing to worry about when it comes to cuts. I can focus on coloring, and perfect that without the stress coming from also feeling inadequate in my cuts. I feel like this method has minimized my mistakes, and has really allowed me to hone in on my skills and confidence. It seems Zendaya takes very thought out and deliberate steps to minimize situations or roles that aren’t ideal for her growth as a creative. She doesn’t take a step, until she knows where her foot will fall. Very validating for me to see that in someone with the success of her magnitude. Maybe I am doing it the smart way. Also, I do love how she used fashion as a segue into the post-Disney phase of her career. For me, fashion has worked similarly. Hair is part of the fashion industry, in fact, it’s as important as the clothes. So, I definitely like to look the part. Like I belong in this fashion space, even if I’m still getting my footing, but at least I look DIVINE figuring it all out. Then, eventually, I’ll have earned my place. Also, this is for the doctor. Don’t ever let anyone invalidate you and your credentials. Initiate your consultations by introducing yourself with your name and title as you open that door, and then let your actions speak for you from then on. Know your worth, and let it shine through your confidence. Don’t stress, impress yourself. Also, lmao jk I’m done. 💛
