Purchased my first Zelos on launch day last week. It's the Blacktip in frost. A tough choice but the fully lumed dial and the fact that I don't have a white dial watch in my collection were the deciding factors.

Looks like a great package! How would you compare a Seiko SPB143 or similar SPB with a Zelos, particularly with regard to the movements?

I want one!

What??? It has the case of seiko 62mas?

why is it so heavy for titanium?

Well its a big watch and the clasp is big and thick! And I suspect the clasp is Steel. But even then it is the exact same weight as my 36mm Black bay on steel bracelet. So 41mm watch same weight as a 36mm watch its not bad.

@@EscapementWatch but the Black Bay is not titanium. So it's weight is expected. Maybe the zelos clasp and maybe case back are steel which adds weight.

Titanium doesn't mean Weightless , its still a 41MM Dive watch . this is pretty light , weight as much 36mm watches close to seiko Alpinist weight . which is not a dive watch at all

If this was a dive bezel with gmt movement and chapter ring that would make it a 9.5 out of 10.

People like you will complain, no matter what the watchmakers deliver. If they put all that in, you would complain about the price. "If it was just x amount dollars, it would be a 9.5 out of 10" yadda yadda yadda

Take note seiko

You know there’s not many brands out there that don’t have at least one watch in their catalog that I like, but Zelos is one brand that just does nothing for me.

This Blacktip release isn't that successful. Not very original in design and too generic in looks.
