Injuries are not fatalities and still counted towards casualities. Most casualties are injuries not fatalities. Like the Korean War, we lost like 30,000 people KIA, and over 100,000 were wounded.

Assisting Ukraine, our allies, NATO countries..., while it may seem burdensome when you listen to Republicans, actually is for the long term benefit to us as well as them. I'm more at peace with my money going to assist those countries than to fatten wealthy people's pockets or pay DJT's legal bills. Maybe so. History alone would certainly invite that observation. I think Ukraine’s situation here is very precarious. But it’s not like they don’t have a strong position to dictate terms. Likely the outcome will be some amalgamation of the original proposed terms that are greatly mangled. I doubt Russia will be happy with a Zelinsky ran Ukrainian government, especially in the post war stage of Geopolitics. I think Putin is going to want a pro Russian head of Ukraine. At best Ukraine keeps its government, restores its territory boundaries to 2022 boundaries. But given that Putin has said repeatedly that Russia has an ownership of Ukraine and that he will restore the Soviet era territories, I don’t think we’ve seen the last of this business in Eastern Europe.

I am so sorry we have this Republican party. We need to support Ukraine. What kind of people are we if we let them die for Putin?

Your whole country is built on war, the war industry has been in full swing since WW2! What continent have you not created war in? Now that for once you are not even fighting a war yourself, but are just going to join in donating old weapons to a poor country that is being cowardly invaded by the world's largest country with a bloodthirsty dictator, then YOU whine! You have no morals!

America needs to stay focused on their own people sorry but you can't save everyone I pay my taxes for it to go to a foreign country like Ukraine that's not our problem

You can walk and chew gum...your country ranks 30 something in aid to Ukraine based on Gdp. The rest of us are doing our part but we are much smaller population wise. Appeasement didn't work before ww2 now did it...same her for people who learned history in school we understand what is going on.

@@juliec5309 the way I see it I feel like Ukraine provoked Russia by flirting with NATO I'm not saying Ukraine's lives don't matter all I'm saying is that I love America in America always feels like they need to be a hero towards the rest of the world when we need to fix our borders and unfortunately Ukraine is not America's problem that's my opinion
