Cheers Rob 🍻 wouldn't recommend that projectile for Sambar but Rob's shot placement was spot on.

Thanks mate 👍 they had texture of a sausage and the taste was overpowered by the meat rub.

Great Vid Zeb nice stag for Rob and a pretty good kebab there was just 2 things missing and that was Kidneys and Liver I would take all the offal first then the meat I've seen to many stags rotting on the ground with just the head cut off and to me that is a waste of a great resource .

I've tried the liver a few times and just can't get myself to like it. It's the texture more than the taste that pits me off. Kidneys I haven't had since a kid. Thanks for your comment 👍
