As an ethnically mixed metal head, the songs speaks to me. Growing up I had an immediate attention to metal music and as I got older and learned more about my African American heritage, I fell in love with Negro Spiritual. This bands sound is somehow the thing my ears have been begging for since the first time I heard SOAD.

Definitely came looking after watching the The Chi. Needed words and alll. I needed to see who’s vision this was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
