I think that the black straps is to help the girl walk and also I think that Susan was the girl that didn't had any pants on but that's my opinion

The shoulder straps serve to support the lower part of the Multilevel brace so that it does not fall down. If that were the case, the brace would no longer work.

sometimes pants are stripped at physiotherapy to watch the legs better

I'm 13 years old and I still wear baby diapers (size 5 pampers) because I'm bedwetting and my mom would tuck in my shirt in the diaper and won't let me wear pants, she said that tuck in my shirt in a diaper makes me more comfortable and she was right. It also helps me move around easily. She also said that she doesn't allow me to wear pants so that I can save on pants and so that she can make sure I don't take off my diaper. I wear 2 diapers a day, one for day and one for night and I never took off my diaper.

My 2 kids still wear diapers x
