Quick question though on 2nd zap: if you have won the sale, why does the sales mangr has to listen the call rec? it makes more sense to me to listen the call if it hasnt been closed in order to see where was the gap. when you are trying to improve a system you need two things, what is goight right and what is going wrong. so when you record a bad call and then also have a good call, you can compare the both, as you keep doing that, all your sales people will pick up and learn the patterns of the winning calls and learn the patterns of the bad ones, allowing a constant feedback loop thanks to the data of both good and bad calls
