Thank you. I’ve been learning chatbot creation and now OpenAI’s new release makes things easier. However I work for a global 300 company and implementing this on a company computer is damn near impossible.

Hey Corbin, Thanks for this video. Please can you help me understand why my zap from zoom to youtube through zapier hasnt worked. The zap has no warnings however when I go to my youtube account the recording isnt there.

Hi Corbin, I stumbled across this channel and it looks like it could be a game changer for me. I'm a novice at this so my understanding is limited. I feel like you have covered aspects of this in other videos and to some extent in this one but I wonder if you could cover how to automate a search of your inbox to pull pdfs from emails with a certain title or from a certain sender. Is it possible to automatically put these into a Google Drive folder and generate a sheet with the date of the invoices and a link to each file? I'm trying to get a way to interrogate my emails for receipts and invoices

Thanks for the support. In regard to your specific error, this requires you to go into your OpenAI account settings and request a higher threshold for monthly spend on their AI. Once you send in your request, it typically takes 3-5 business days to get a response!

I see you have to manually upload the specific video/audio file for the transcriptions in OpenAI. Is there any way of automating that?

Depending on where you obtain the audio file, automation is possible. For instance, if you set the trigger to be a new KZread video, it can directly fetch the file from there. To achieve the best results, you can use an app like Cloud Convert to convert the MP4 into an audio file.

So, to provide more context, when chatting with ChatGPT and gaining access to PLUS, that is a separate use case for AI. In that context, you will not be charged for usage but rather a simple flat fee of $20 USD per month. However, if you want to access its API and use ChatGPT in other use cases, that is where the cost for usage comes into play. For example, using Zapier and ChatGPT together. @@webcafeai thank you so much for responding. I ask this because after i set up the zap with chat GPT, I tested it and got an error message. So i was wondering if i had too upgrade to plus to use it. Heres the error message: "You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details."

OpenAI is rolling out the ChatGPT 4 API this month and next month. Therefore, it should become available soon in your UI. It could also help to open a support ticket with OpenAI to inquire about gaining access to GPT4! Side note thanks for the support 😄

This can be accomplished by sharing a folder on the Zapier backend or alternatively presenting the automation in a PDF.

What I showed there is the OpenAI API. This allows you to use ChatGPT with other software when integrating with Zapier. If you use only ChatGPT Plus, it will be a flat rate price of $20 USD per month. However, if you are more interested in AI Automation, the cost will be based on usage.

Make sure you create an account with OpenAI to gain access to the API. From there, you can request higher quotas for AI usage!

Make sure that you have added a billing method to your OpenAI account. If this is not the issue, you may need to request OpenAI to raise your spending limits.

Zapier is NOT very SUPPORT friendly. I don't know how many times I've asked for tech support and... they have DROPPED the ball so many times? I got exasperated and DROPPED the Ball on the idea of Automation! As a suggestion? You should Do a MINI Seminar on "What should You Do if THIS happens! Perhaps A great intro? But the unsuspecting potential user is left holding the Bill Bag.😢
