If all four characters die then the game ends. In this video, Zak dies by falling out of the UFO and not using the parachute, Annie gets ripped to shreds by the guardian of the Spinx, and Melissa and Leslie die from lack of oxygen on Mars.

Somehow seeing this made me feel incredibly sad...
Wish they would have made it a much cooler - bad ending.... TY for sharing!

You pretty much have to get it on purpose, it's not something that you're going to accidentally get... But yeah. they could have added in some text about how the aliens took over the world or something like that.
