ZAGG XTR3 Screen Protector for 2024 iPad Pro M4: Easy Install * 10x Stronger * Anti-Reflective!
Ғылым және технология
Looking for a screen protector for your new 2024 iPad Pro M4? The ZAGG XTR3 comes with an easy installer and is 10 times stronger than standard tempered glass. It features an anti-reflective coating which minimizes reflections, adds clarity, and makes colors appear deeper and more vivid, and it also blocks blue light to reduce eye strain and promote eye health. This is a pricey screen protector, but it installs easily and looks fantastic on your iPad Pro's screen. It provides nearly edge to edge coverage, but still manages to be nicely case compatible. It fit with all the cases I tried it with: the ZAGG Crystal Palace, the ESR Shift and the ESR Rebound 360 Keyboard Case and the ESR Ascend Keyboard Case. Plus, it is covered by ZAGG's limited lifetime replacement warranty, so if it breaks during the lifetime of your device, ZAGG will send you a replacement for a shipping and handling charge of $9.99. Lots to love here from ZAGG!

The ZAGG XTR3 is available directly from ZAGG as well as from many other retailers and it has an MSRP of $69.99 (although discounts are frequently available). Many thanks to the kind folks at ZAGG for sending me out this sample to review.

Thanks so much!! Happy to help! 🤗
Do a Pencil Pro test of a 45 degree line using a ruler (to eliminate hand movement) to see whether the line is perfectly straight or has wriggles. I have not found a glass screen protector that doesn’t affect angled lines, they are always wriggly. Only film screen protectors give you perfect angled lines.

Hi Mark! Unfortunately, I’m away from home on vacation right now, and I forgot to bring my Apple Pencil Pro along. I’ll try to do your test when I get back in 10 days or so…
Kristen, would you say the anti-reflectivity is noticeable from your last screen protector? I have a spigen on my m4 pro but if the anti reflectivity is as good or close to Flolab’s I’ll buy in a heartbeat!

Hi Edson! Nice to hear from you! Yes, I think that the anti-reflective coating significantly improves the overall clarity of the screen protector and color depth and vividness. It looks noticeably better than the ESR Armorite screen protector I had on there before (and is way more expensive, of course!). It's a really nice product!
Kristen, will you purchase the 16pm this year? 🧡

Hi Pearl! Great to hear from you...hope you are doing well. I will be reviewing accessories for either the 16 Pro or the 16 Pro Max this fall, but probably not both, as I just got the new iPad Pro. (Can't go too crazy!!). Choosing between the regular Pro and the Pro Max will be tough. What about you? Planning to upgrade?
I’m not too keen on the fact that it covers over the FaceTime mic……

Hi Scott! I’m a little confused…there is a cutout for the front camera and mic…not sure how the screen protector is ‘covering’ it?
I noticed that your version of the ZAGG XTR3 has a front camera cut out? I have tried 3 of these and none of them have had the cutout? Any ideas when ZAGG will be shipping the version you are reviewing in your video?

Interesting. Did you buy yours directly from ZAGG or through a third party site or store?

@@TheTechReviewer I actually bought it from Best Buy… I ended up going through three different ones because none of them had the cut out?

I got mine directly from ZAGG…no idea how long it will take to flush out all the old stock from the stores that have it, unfortunately….But I do think you are more likely to get the latest version of a product if you buy directly from the manufacturer.

@geeairmo hmm…well, I guess Best Buy has a lot of old stock, then…

@@TheTechReviewer that is my guess… I really like the screen protector and your review so I will wait to see the one that I ordered from zag’s website website will match the one that you reviewed
The expenses are just ridiculous for Zagg, Otterbox etc.

They are, but the good news is these glass protectors usually last several years. It took me 6 ESR protectors to just get 1 that didn’t have defects or installed imperfectly.

Brent, I have to agree with @dccd3237. To an extent, you get what you pay for. I've used a lot of ZAGG screen protectors and I've never been disappointed. Never had a crack or break or anything. Of course, my usage is not typical. I'm very careful with my devices and I tend to change out my screen protectors more often than normal because of needing to review another product. But still: ZAGG screen protectors are great if you can afford the price. Easy install and great user experience. And it's nice to know that the limited lifetime replacement warranty is there if you need it. 😊
