@candid0826 People were not ready for a black and white couple back then in the early 90's on a major network. Also, Jesse and AC were not the main star of the show, it was Zach, so people weren't that bothered by AC and Jesse dating. It also didn't help that the writers had been shipping Zach and Kelly as the IT couple throughout the show, so of course fans were thrown off with the episode of Zach and Lisa possibly being together. Then it messes up the Screech and Lisa dynamic and just made Zach look like a jerk for doing that when he knows how Screech feels about Lisa. But the way they handled it could have been written better. They act like that episode didn't happen. I think all those reasons including people not being ready for a black and white couple caused them to scrap them having a relationship. It was weird and sad because they clearly had chemistry (due to them dating briefly in real life).

I always thought she was beautiful . I am so glad that Lark was a part of this show. When they didn’t bring her and Diamond back to the show. It WAS NOT the Bell we grew up with. They tried that stupid reboot and it was glaringly obvious they were lacking the TWO people that created the chemistry in the show. The new show was boring and not interesting without them!
