I just think it’s because he’s in his 30s now. So many of my male schoolmates started looking different between 29-35. There were times I’d asked a friend who was the “older guy” they befriended on social media! I’d be so shocked it was someone I once knew(same age or even younger than me). 😂 So many men get a more rugged-look in their 30s when they get out of that boyish-looking stage. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I think the things he said about worrying as much after baywatch are admirable in this day and age and will serve him well to expand his horizons beyond body image. I actually gained a good deal of respect for him after seeing this.anyone who works out and competes in bodybuilding knows about his water under the skin comment , and the type of restrictive lifestyle that entails. not only do you suffer , but everyone around you suffers for your narcissism.

I just had my wisdom teeth out last month and can confirm your face gets really swollen for the first like two ish weeks afterwards but I also ended up with dry sockets so my face was extra swollen and took ten times longer to heal then it usually does but my face went pretty much back to normal afterwards so 🤷‍♀️

Well the news has finally been revealed in a recent magazine interview with Zac Efron, turns out it was not cosmetic surgery it was a slip and fall accident caused by running around his house which resulted in smashing his chin on the granite corner of a fountain, which knocked him out and dislocated his jaw resulting in the need for physical therapy to improve the masseter jaw muscles. He explained that the masseter muscles (found in your jaw) work “like a symphony” while you chew. In his case, they had to compensate for his severe injury, and they got pretty swole in the process.

It can depend on age too. Wisdom teeth recovery can be a lot longer for adults than teens. He’s 33 so I’m sure if he did get dental surgery, the swelling lasted a lot longer than younger folks.

I grew up watching this guy and we are the same age. It's very obvious the lower part of his face changed unnaturally. He still a good looking guy but he somehow looks older.

He's hot no matter what and most importantly seems like such a nice human!

I mean you can see how buff he has gotten lately, his muscles are leaner and larger than ever before... that can include muscles along your jaw line beefing up too adding to a more sculpted appearance. I honestly don't believe any cosmetic surgery was done here.

It looks like muscle to me too. His neck seems so much more bigger compared to his older photos, I feel like he likely developed huge jaw muscles overtime (maybe clenching his teeth?) while training his upper body

He looks like David Hasselhoff in Knight Rider era.

Zac looks great, always does, and it’s ridiculous that people pick him apart on a regular basis. Is that due to jealousy, boredom, a nasty personality that people just feel the need to be judgmental? I just hope he’s living his best life and being a kind soul. Everything else is just icing.

Yeah, the dental surgery thing really can do that, especially if it’s done in your 30’s and later. My jawline permanently changed after wisdom teeth removal in my early 30’s, and immediately after surgery I looked super weird with the chipmunk swelling.

I will always love you no matter what 🤗🥰

Wisdom teeth removal does NOT make your chin suddenly look chiseled, sculpted nor does it make your chin grow. He's still absolutely gorgeous but I prefer Zac #1 to Zac #2.

The thumbnail looks a little like Zac Efron and Taylor Kinney had a secret love child 🤣🤣🤣

Honestly people are so quick to judge !!!! He didn’t get plastic surgery, he got dental surgery because he broke his jaw years ago and it was bothering him !!! But even if he did what’s wrong with that !!!!

Looks great. Love this guy and glad he’s less focused on his looks and has grown up. Check out his show. It’s interesting.

Dude's always had a great jawline. Besides doing it for movies, he gains weight back and loses it for roles. He actually seems like a pretty down to earth cool dude.

Zac Efron will always be my childhood celebrity crush no matter what.

Your wisdom teeth removal will not create a texas jawline structure. It’s clear he had his jaw reshaped, either by an actual surgery or with filler/botox injections. Possibly combining both.

I heard about mewing technic, some people have the result like his jaw
