自制Tomyam酱🌶️可以做成海鲜Tomyam汤,也可以加入菜肴里,无添加任何防腐剂和色素,吃起来也比较健康🔥💯
辣椒糊:辣椒干80克、清水 250毫升
其他材料:2根香茅、1个白洋葱、3个红葱头、1小块南薑、asam糕50克、清水200毫升、50克虾米、4片疯柑叶、100克椰糖、2勺芫茜粉、2勺魚露
1)把辣椒泡软去籽,加入250毫升清水搅成糊
2)红葱头,洋葱,香茅,南姜搅碎,柠檬叶剪碎备用
3)asam糕加入200毫升清水搅均
4)热锅热油爆香虾米,后加入红葱头,洋葱,香茅,南姜末,后加入辣椒糊一起炒均匀5分钟
5)最后加入100克椰糖、2勺芫茜粉、2勺魚露、asam水、疯柑叶碎继续翻炒,小火翻炒大约30分钟;炒至变深红色,浓郁的冬蔭功香味飘出即可❤️
Homemade Tomyam Paste 🌶️ can be made into seafood Tomyam soup, or added to dishes, without any preservatives and coloring added, it tastes healthier 🔥💯
Chili paste: 80g dried chili, 250ml water
Other ingredients: 2 lemongrass, 1 white onion, 3 shallots, 1 small piece of galangal, 50 grams of tamarind paste, 200 ml of water, 50 grams of dried shrimp, 4 kaffir lime leaves, 100 grams of coconut sugar, 2 spoons Coriander powder, 2 spoons of fish sauce
1) Soak the chili until soft and remove the seeds, add 250 ml of water and stir to make a paste
2) blend shallots, onion, lemongrass, galangal, minced kaffir lime leaves for later use
3) Add 200ml of water to the tamarind paste and mix well
4) Heat oil in a hot pan and saute dried shrimp until fragrant, then add shallots, onion, lemongrass, minced galangal, then add chili paste and fry evenly for 5 minutes
5) Finally, add 100 grams of coconut sugar, 2 tablespoons of coriander powder, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, asam water, chopped kaffir lime leaves and continue to stir fry for about 30 minutes on low heat; stir fry until it turns dark red, rich Tom Yum Goong The scent can be wafted out ❤️

    Hallo Top Chef.. Recipe saya yg selalu buat bagi keluarga Penang dan Keluarga Singapura.. Recipi sama dengan Home taste. Tetapi tambahan bahan iaitu.. Daun curry, ikan billis rm 6.00 ,daun limau purut, bunga kantan, cuka 12.sudu ,Asam keping 5.pcs ,gula 5 sudu besar, limau nipis 2 biji, chicken stock sos tiram ,garam dan bunga rawang 2 kunrum.. Ok. Kita kongsi kan recipe tersebut.. Harap maju dan brrjaya.. Kam Shia!
