I have a bad habit of leaving "just in time" for a meeting (especially catching a flight). I get anxious and stressed about arriving late, if there's traffic or something unexpected happens. I watched this video a month ago and consciously try to remind myself to add one hour prior to any important event and I've loved the concept of Yutori ever since then. I feels blissful to have that mental space to think and relax. Thanks for sharing this wisdom 🙇‍♂

I'm Retired, I have too much time in New York in Winter. Now with Spring almost hear I' I'm be able to be outside enjoying Nature and feeding the Birds , starting my Garden. I've loved Japanese Culture for a long time, finding your channel is wonderful. I never heard of Yutori before, I feel I'm learning more and More. Thank You. I believe Shinto to be a pleasant path to be on.

Wonderful! Very very Short notice, but a venue became available and I decided to teach Meditation with Japanese Calligraphy in the evenings (3,4,8,9,10 April). I want to make most of my time in NYC and want to make myself available! Maybe it’s for you? I share the link here www.azumiuchitani.com/new-york-city-meditation-japanese-calligraphy/

This is incredible dear lady! In the practice of zazen there sometimes is the kind of experience that you describe here, but I appreciate your challenge in trying to describe it ❤
