    I was in gymnastics in high school. That ring routine takes lots of strength to pull off. I could feel my tendons and muscles crying for momma through the screen.

    @@alexjulius69 My first love was sidehorse. When I finished my workout. I would unwrap the tape around my wrists and the pain would shoot up from my wrists through my forearms. I can still feel it today in my mind 50 years later. Good times.

    These gymnast rings guys are extremely strong and powerfull! I worked up north in gold mining in B.C. with a guy named Sloan and he had done rings for few years and I've never met a strong guy like this. He shredded down a way bigger bully guy in arm wrestling and I witnessed that event and was totally blown away....I never forgot that machine ...

    @Joshua De Chavez I would say all the really good ones are small size. Bigger size is a disadvantage in gymnastics...so it's understandable a country will pick the ones with smaller physics.

    @@boon3913 we are talking about strenght, not form, and spinazzola is growing in a monstrous way in strenght terms. He used to be cleaner in "common" exercise ( such as iron cross ) but now he is searching other exercises. But you have to admit that he is strong as hell
