想要說一下，阿霞妳說的那個豬舌頭，我看了幾次，感覺不對、、、在大陸東南方，豬舌頭是叫做豬脷、形狀較為粗胖肥短、顏色較淡白。但從那塊肉的形狀及顏色來看、橫長條扁平、紅赤赤的，應該是豬橫脷。豬橫脷是豬的胰臟，俗稱豬腰尺，因為腰尺和豬腰聯結一起的~ 豬橫脷也非常好吃，除了燒烤外，還能用辣椒青蒜爆炒。若加豬腰片及薑片麻油米酒，來煮麻油酒湯、口感豬腰爽脆、腰尺濡糯軟嫩，更是一絕耶！！

"小姐"是在风月场所的称呼，用在这里不礼貌，叫姐姐比较合适，不会把对方叫老，同时也是敬语
