I tried this recipe. It worked very well and was delicious. I just added some orange zest in the cake batter to enhance beautifully the carrot. Thank you for the recipe !

I just made it! It's amazing! Traditionally we make the carrot cake with a creamcheese frosting so these two are definitely good match. I love that the bottom layer is almost sponge cake-like but the top layer is littlebit crunchy. Three amazing texture is going on

Srishti Agarwal I was just thinking about different things to use, I think I’m going to try banana or aquafaba for the cheesecake part and maybe apple sauce in the carrot cake, if you google you can find egg replacements and their quantities but it’s a bit of an experiment to find the perfect sub for each individual dish
