I would buy a ticket. ... I have actually seen 3 of those 4 at the US Open, come to think of it. Yulia is actually a cool girl (though i base that off her on court interview after WINNING), and Ostapenko is clearly a character on-court. I only sat and watched her doubles match for a few minutes but got to see some histrionics from her after she hit a bad shot. She wears her emotions on her sleeve! What sports fan doesn't like to watch that?? ... p.s., I was lucky enough to see Federer play Kyrgios at the 2018 USO. Ironically, he was definitely too NON-firey for that match, out of his respect for Fed. The only point where his personality showed forth was when he was amazed at Federer's around-the-net-post shot and seemed to ask him to come over for a handshake. Lol.

I've seen other videos of that specific rant and there are a lot of people saying that not only is he her coach but they might also be dating? If true just seems like, a horrible idea to have your romantic partner also be your coach. Also, how many "flat earth" videos is he watching for it to become a problem? Tennis should be thankful for Putintseva's demeanor.... If WTA wanted to make a movie about tennis life, it wouldn't be too hard to find a decent antagonist actress

Putintseva: always setting an example of fine sportsmanship. The conversation with coach was priceless - alas, the subtleties were lost in the English translation.

You deserve more subscribers... This is one of the most underrated channels I have ever seen, such good quality content, but no one to view it...

I know she gets a lot of hate, but with her defense, Putintseva's has given us some of the most entertaining tennis matches the past decade or so. She's taken down so many top 15 players over the course of her career. I've come to respect her in that regard.

Oh you're right, they're definitely using footage edited by Tennis Advocate. They are credited in the description technically, but not very well. It just says, "Credit to tennis advocate," instead of something like, "Thank you to the Tennis Advocate channel for much of the footage and any of the subtitling."

I’ve NEVER understood why the chair takes so much shit from players. Why??? Are they instructed to be ultra patient & non confrontational with the players? It drives me NUTS! Constantly you hear players insulting the chair umpire, questioning their credentials. “You don’t know what you’re doing!”, I would shoot back with something like, “what I’m doing right now is docking you a game penalty. You want to talk some more about what I know how to do??” I mean, heads would roll if I were in the chair. Probably including mine, I suspect a hard line is discouraged.

Dude she is unbelievable! I don’t even have words for this. Absolutely fascinating! I used to watch Graf, Sabatini, Navratilova, Seles… I swear I have never seen a female player behave like this. Yes, she is annoying, but her spirit and will are off the chain. Just think, in a war against whomever, would you rather have her on your side or fight against her.
