This is probably another reason why I loved YYK. DBZ is my favorite anime franchise of all time and 90% of that the action I love comes OG DB to Namek saga. YYK scales with that power range and doesn’t stray further. This is where I think power levels are best for pretty much any anime.

Lower S class should start at 100 000. That was his level when he turned into a demon before fighting Sensui. After his training with Hokoshin, his level doubled to 200 000

I always loved that even on his death bed Raizen was still way stronger than most of the demons in demon world.

@@thelightseeker94 Jin was Mid High- S Class; hitting 150,000 in the Manga and Anime. Sachi-Dono Yomi's 2nd in Command who could quite possibly "ONE SHOT" Sensui, is still fodder to someone of Jin's calibur. The issue is that Raizen's friends were ALL GREATER OR EQUAL to Yomi himself, which is why he was so scared, as he wonder why none of them went for the title "KING". This was by a 10x difference in the manga as Yomi was in his Millions; about 1,500,000, and Raizen's friends were possibly greater than this. So it makes sense why Jin got bodied.

He becomes fodder after the next arc since minoru, one of sensui's personalities displayed A Class like abilities. And minoru was toying with an A Class Yusuke who would easily murk Toguro. Toguro was never A Class, and never will be. The strength he displayed was relative only to that standard of strength where he was melting off demons and bullying anyone under B class+. It was never hinted neither will it ever be implied otherwise. So cope harder, you're not togashi and go reread YYH instead of confidently stating moronic statements. He was B class+.

It is said the power difference between Lower S class and Upper S class is akin to comparison between E class to S class.In Yuyu hakusho S class is vast class category which is beyond measure of Spirit World.Anything more powerful than A class is considered as S class.

Actually it’s the gap in power between lower S and upper S is far greater than the power gap from lower E to lower S

Do you happen know the manga scan for the s class

B class is also the first class where the difference in the sub categories in class start to make massive jumps. Look at a Lower to mid B class like most of team Toguro or Yusuke for most of the fight vs younger toguro who is B+ class. He dominates with ease.

You forgot Deity, too.

My question is how did Yusuke's great ancestral grandfather became so strong when he used to get injured and hunted by normal humans back then?

Raizen Has a Youki lvl of 22 million in his Prime making Him SSS class he can make the whole Demon world Tremble by Just Powering Up. Even in his lowest state he still has 1.2 million+ youki lvl

So what about the episode chu and others stated energy levels over 120,000 Yoko kurama was readed over 150,000 and was stated as A class still? Oh and raizens friends all pushing over the energy levels which the device carried only 000,000 suggesting over a million for each. Or raizen being stated to be far beyond all of these and more in his past. How did this get in my suggestions? Will they ever remaster yu yu hakusho? XD

Well indeed Yoko was strong, but he got Stronger after the 90+ days of extra training, as he later had an S-class base form; when he beat Shigure; this is expressed in the manga; implying Shigure got stronger too. But he was never considered A-class; Even Hokushin at 36,000 was S-class and would Solo Yusuke and Sensui during their fight; it's likely Hokushin was 2-10x above Yusuke just in pure skill and power. Yomi was 1,500,000 in the manga and claimed each of Raizen's friends were greater or equal to him; so he also trained in preparation. Yusuke was only confirmed at Shura's level of 500,000 by the tourney, and somehow ADAPTED to Yomi's level as the fight went on...Yusuke pulled a Goku and got stronger as they fought

Raizen is very strong but we don’t know how strong he is plus we don’t know his powers

Fun Fact: Most Upper and Lower S - Class looks like more human with some has extra horns, pointed ears and small fangs. And has human trait compare to E or D - Class who looks more grosteque and demonic and are quite cocky and brutal.

So Toguro's at the same power level as Nappa, interesting.

The way My head canon works is that Dragon Ball and Yu Yu Hakusho occur in the same universe, just separated by vast distances in time. This would explain similar mythology, abilities, and even some common characters and titles. Using this, it could be argued that Dabura, literally labeled as the King of the Makai, is an Upper S-Class demon. And we know from that that he was significantly stronger than 600,000. This would also explain why Shin is absolutely shocked at characters who could be more powerful than Dabura, because as far as he is concerned “Upper S-class” is the pinnacle of power of mortals in the universe. If you are utilizing the power scale presented in the Three Kings arc of Yu Yu Hakusho, my argument would be that it is an entirely different scale than what is utilized in DB.

I kind of feel C class demons on this list are to strong and SS class demons too weak if it’s scaled for dragonball. Piccolo daimao could do as much damage as any C class demons but on this list he’d be 5x weaker. He could wipe a city with one swipe of the hand with moderate difficulty (I think him leveling one 28th of the planet every year on one day was anime filler but it’s been a long time since I read the manga). SS class demons were so strong though it was feared their presence on earth could destroy it. Thus Raizen should be significantly stronger than 1st form Freeza, not barely stronger. I don’t think they were intended to be comparable though and the universes and physics are vastly different though it’s apparent togashi and toriyama have mutual respect for one another.

Maybe I'm wrong,but I think this guy that made the video is way off with his DB/DBZ power level guestimates. For instance as awesome as 100% Toguro is;I've never seen him do anything that would lead me to think he could beat Demon king Piccolo,let along a saiyan saga character like Raditz. When Sensui fought Yusuke after turning into a demon,they looked like they would be strong enough to beat Raditz.But Nappa can destroy a city with a finger,and Vegeta was going to blow up the earth.I don't think they are on that level yet. I think the only YuYu Hakusho characters that could beat Saiyan sage Vegeta is Mokuro,and definently Raizen at 100%. Namek saga and beyond is too much for YuYu cnharacters to handle

None of them would be a match for the stronger DBZ characters. Dabura would crush them all.

at lest you know how powerful each class can be. besides the demon scientists also made power scaliers and it's shown that yusuke at the time of near the end of the show. he was near S class level over 200,000 level. and if you think about it. yuyu hakusho power growth beats dragon ball power growth. teens already as strong as Freiza's special forces. yeah Gohan at age of 11 a pre-teen can go above that. but in yuyu's case. yuyu kakusho's characters but mostly Yusuke would end up catching up to dragon ball levels of power. just by in there universe alone would break gods easy if they keep training. it toke half of the characters less then a year to hit s class levels. and are human characters were just as weak as kid Goku before grand gohan died. and they wasn't trained by anyone just yet at the time. not any of them even have super forms to push this far up already in less of a year. just give them a whole year of training and they would already be in Cell level. yes they are that broken.

E they simply use instinc like animal D they started to think, but still relly on brute strengh and unstinc C they got their "human" form and developing personality just like human B, A, S this demon can easily blur into human life due to how similar their appearance and personality. Yes, they have demon form but they rarely (or in Hiei's case, never) use it

I think Hokushin is a Lower S - Class as per Yu Yu Hakusho Wiki. And remember he was able to defeat Shishiwakamaru during the Demon World Tournament.

captain ginyu’s Power Level in namek is 120,000 while goku using kaioken 180,000 so if their power scaling are similar, kaioken goku and captain ginyu in namek are both lower class S. I think, because Yoko Kurama’s Power Level against Sachi is 152,000 and Sachi’s full power is 123,000 and stated that he is lower class S demon. Piccolo blew up the Moon early on, so he'd be Upper A-class; probably like Shunjun, a being who hunts down Multi-contry tier A-classes. Now as for Ginyu, in DB a powerlevel of 10,000 is planetary per legenario Manga. Going off Sensui who should be half the strength of Hokushin who was 36,000....Sensui would be 18,000, but in the Japanese manga Sensui implies he can't use 50% of his power in human world due to the damage he'd cause. So YYH 9,000 would be Planetary...so you're right it's similar. But DB is more exponential... Freeza is considered Star level by the time he hits 60,000,000... granted; no one in YYH hits that high... Naruto would be a Mid- S class himself based on his feats and scaling. Maybe Upper S-class Bleach, also Upper S-class for Ichigo and such...

there is no point in making power level when they alreayd exist in YYH, read the manga and you would know that S Class demons are given a Power Level Mukuro Physical Power = 231,000, Special Power as in Spatial attack = 570,000, Defensive Power = 423,000 Rizen Physical Power= 424,000, Special Power = 86,000 , Defensive Power = 352,000 Yomi Physical Power= 382,000, Special Power= 410,000 , Defensive Power= 325,000 Hokushin who is stronger than Sensui : Hokushin Physical Power : 5900, Special Power= 4600, Defensive Power= 12,500 Kurama Total Power Level during Last Arc = 152,000, his Offensive Power is in the 30,000s, making him more than 10x weaker than Yomi and the Top tiers. the other S Class like Chu and Shishiwara are in the 20,000s with Total Power level of Over 100,000 there is also several Upper S Class demons from Rizen time that are as strong if not stronger than Yomi. Since Hokushin is a S Class that means Low S Class is in the 4000+ range per Stat, lower than 4000 should be Upper A Class.

I would consider TOGURO is upper A CLASS to be honest.. cause his an UPPER B CLASS DEMON as said in the story.. TOGURO in a 30-50% of his strength makes him already a B CLASS DEMON.. 80% makes him UPPER B CLASS DEMON. But in his 100% makes him already an upper A CLASS.. the amount of power that GENKAI has probably reached the potential of an LOWER A CLASS.. that makes TOGURO EVEN MORE STRONGER to GENKAI.. even though GENKAI didn't give his spirit waves to yusuke in his training..

@@henrymoore748 Toguro was 100% upper A Class, the demons hiei one shot in training were said to be of A class and to think that hiei even in that season could simply one shot no diff fully powered toguro like those demons he fought, the shows powers scaling is weird marking all the dark tournament fighters from C to S in half a years training doesn't make much sense, but I want to argue toguro is not only A class but upper A class simply because toguro could pound characters like the doctor and those lower level demons hiei fought who are said to be A class

The A's and S's were trapped in Demon World by the barrier, and could only pass through it by wearing devices that reduced their power level down to E class. When the Black Black Club granted his wish to become the highest class of demon, they used material from the strongest demon that they currently had access to at the time, which was a B class that Toguro killed in the final round. Younger Toguro received the demon's brute strength, while Elder Toguro received its shapeshifting abilities.

You just answered your own question 'so far in the series...' Meaning up to that point,but there is a bigger world out there. Toguro is a big deal because as B class he's probably stronger then 98% of all the other demons and humans out there. Also the barrier between the two worlds would only allow demon classes B-E to pass to earth,except in rare cases. The demon world is where almost all of the strong A and S class demons are.
