Nothing an espada can't handle that is if Sasori can even pierce their skin at all because they have their hard spiritual energy enhanced skin I just can't see bro pulling a W even in a stats equal battle. Espada poison resistance is clearly on another tier compared to anyone in naruto with the yammy feat.and we can only scale upwards from yammy. Yammy's base at that since in base he is number 10

Its insane how people can try to compare the universes. Ichigo when he stepped into the soul society and did his bankai training immediately Gapped Naruto's verse. To think about it Naruto developed an ability that could fight against the soul society in the Ninja war arc. His ability to sense invisible adversaries but hes still insanely weak in comparison to the 13 court guard squad who Ichigo clears easily

Yeah Akatsuki solo in dc and abilities. The ESPADA don't win In any scenario example a street level character with no abilities will never best Goku. Abilities could win but if Goku has better abilities he wins

The other big issue here is limits. To my knowledge, each of the Akatsuki has a major limit to their power that makes them a bad match for the Espada. Hidan is immortal but cannot regenerate by himself. Kakazu has a life counter. Konan becomes tangible if she gets to low on chakra. Deidara has a limited amount of clay. Sasori has a limited amount of weapons and puppets. Tobi can't stay intangible forever according to Konan. Finally Pain and Itachi, the 2 biggest threats, both are frail and risk dying if they go to hard. Kisame feels like the only real opponent without a major limit on him.

I had forgotten obito him with the rinnegan, mangekyo sharingan and his ability to use kamui even dodge most of the attacks at speed of light since he could dodge minato's rasengan when he used eternal raijin jutsu idk he at least would take like 6 espada down not with that much difficulty.

@afonsocoimbra8424 depends on how you look at it. Light Speed in Naruto is pretty rare, but in Bleach, it's pretty much basic speed. Even Aaroniero was able to dodge literal light. Plus, I don't know much in Tobi/Obito's arsenal that could actually get through an Arrancar's Hiero.

I’ve always believed that Uquiorra is indeed the strongest espada, and Aizen knew it and kept it that way to inflict despair on ichigo. His normal power would scale to #4 but his segunda etappa is what set him leagues above the rest of the espada.

On the speed scaling for Bleach, Ichigo blocks a cero from a Menos Grande Pre-Shikai (Ichigo’s Shikai is a 5x boost as he later keeps up with Gentei Kaijou Renji which limits a Soul Reaped to 20%) which is between 10% and 18% the Speed of Light. After the 5x boost you have Ichigo at 50%-90% LS and Bankai being another 5-10x amp (using 10x as that’s what most people use) Ichigo as of the Byakuya fight is 5x-9x FTL. Hollow mask should be a Bankai level boost as implied by Tosen during his fight with Shuhei and Komomura so Ichigo at the start of Hueco Mundo is 50x-90x FTL.

I feel like with equal stats you forgot to mention that not just Nnoitra but *all* of the espada have a hierro - or basically iron skin that allows them to casually tank attacks that have put other characters either in a casket or down for the count. Not to mention their ability that allows them to put spiritual pressure around their hands (the red staticky thing) and quite literally pierce and essentially karate chop people's bodies like they're butter to a buzzsaw.

For Barragan vs Itachi... I'd think Barragan could probably age Genjutsu. I mean, if that fight were to happen in an anime, that would totally be a thing. And then there'd be a whole thing about that one infinite Genjutsu and all that. But in classic bleach fashion, even that would somehow not be enough, cause it wasnt as infinite as they thought, just really long.

They're attacks have more AP and are more concentrated than having large Aoe atttacks than those so called rogue ninjas. Not to mention they can easily sonido their way far away easy or escape to gargantua and make deidaras sacrifice useless. Ulquiorra can spam his lanza while deidara can only do it once. Espadas stomps akatsuki low diff.

All of the espandas attacks are now useless. 4 the last thing is itachis blade of totsuka which is a completely spirtual sword that has a 100% success rate at sealing whoever gets hit by it no matter what meaning a whole group of beings made of spiritual energy would be fucked

3:17 just wanted to point out. Just because you can react to light doesnt mean your as fast as it. You can also react to a ball flying at you with 80kmh / 49mph but youre not that fast. But i think Bleach characters are as fast as light anyways mainly becuase of the shunpo technic which is really basic in bleach. It translates to lighting step so.

The espadas are basically evolved corrupted souls (hollows) that can’t be seen or touched by anyone. Only if you have a slight sliver of spiritual pressure, can you see them. Humans in the bleach world have no spiritual pressure, ichigo even lost his powers and wasn’t able to see or touch them. Akatsuki will literally get no-diffed/erased from existence due to them having no spiritual pressure.

Barragan would age the genjutsu itself as well. Taking into consideration the actual functionality of Genjutsu, and Itachi's specifically being Time related, are just the chakra networks in the brain being manipulated to view something that isn't there, through someone elses energy creating that. The actual chakra manipulation still requires contact of the two chakra points, which would age the moment it comes near him, then the actual fundamental existence of the genjutsu itself is created through a network of chakra, which would also age considering he ages kido instantly as well.

@@nestor1526 They work on fundamentally different levels and spectrums with different activation requirements. Genjutsu in Naruto is physical energy being processed into another persons brain and messing up their chakra network in their brain and optical nerves specifically. It's an existing energy being sent at someone to mess with them. Barragan has shown to age even energy itself as he ages kido, which would function in the same way. The illusion wouldn't be aged, but the chakra that is being used to create the illusion would.

@echidnabathwater6627 That's pretty much what Aizen does. His Kyoka Suigetsu is also visual based and interferes with the five senses, and yet Barragan still affected by it. Also, genjutsu is made up of yin and yang energy, but it is primarily yin, which is another word for spiritual energy.

@@nestor1526 The inherent difference is /how/ or /why/ they affect the other. Yin and yang chakra is still just chakra, it still affects the world on the same level as all other energy types. Which means it still ages and exists the same way as all other energy types. Aizens Zanpakutou is not limited to the emission of an energy, it's a simple cut and dry look at it and it's done. All Genjutsu have a constant flow of energy into the other person.

@echidnabathwater6627 Genjutsu isn't a constant flow. Even if the caster is killed, the jutsu still carries on. A good example is the infinite tsukiyomi. That still carried on despite Madara and Kaguya being defeated. Or what about the Kotoamatsukami jutsu, which was cast on Itachi and still worked even after Itachi killed the crow.

The hacks in bleach too op like spiritual pressure literally makes them immune to attacks from people who don’t have it and like ichigo vs zaraki in soul society ichigo got hurt from attacking him cuz he didn’t have a lot

The difference is the Akatsuki were just a group of elite Ninjas gone rogue. In terms of sports imagine Michael Phelps and Usain Bolt, dominant and seemingly unstoppable, but in a fight since this is an analogy, could be beaten if you use multiple people. But the Espada were on another level even compared to the strongest people revealed in the universe(with a few exeptions). Imagine Superman or the Flash going up against average pro athletes. It doesn't matter how many people you have tag team a relay race marathon, they aren't beating either one. The difference in power even in relation to their own universes is staggering. The Akatsuki were each about 80-90% of a kage on average being generous (konan and deidara are MAYBE 60%) meanwhile each and every Espada is probably at least 150% of a Captain.

Not every espada maybe. Most of them were Vasto Lorde before, so their power is above captainlevel, even before becoming an arrancar. But some of them were normal hollows. It would be interesting to know, how much power an hollow gets by becoming an arrancar ... 5x, or 10x stronger?

Espada stomp Akatsuki in equal and unequal, however almost all the Akatsuki members are stronger than an average Kage, Deidara beats Mei. Only Jozu, White Zetsu, and Hidan lose to the average Kage in the verse.

Yammy “beating” ichigo was due to white ichigo or his hollow. Interfering during the fight, he basically froze him in place. Even if Yammy became number “0” I’m sure ichigo would’ve gone full hollow. And soundly defeat him, and he’s not as powerful at that point in time. As chad once said before yammy released, he was clearly larger than the first time they “fought”.

yammy might not be as strong as ichigo (wich he clearly isnt) but he deff beats kakuzu now lets think logicly even if he doesnt uses his *0* form he has his resurection that can trasnform into 1,2,3... etc and 0 was his best form now we dont know his other forms but due to amount of stength he gained from that transformation easly beats kakuzu he can just stump him over over over and over

8:22 That wasn’t even a Bijuu Bomb, it was just a cat fire ball jutsu. And Kakuzu was under the two tails paw at the time so he wasn’t even hit by it. It’s so bad for the Akatsuki considering that Kakuzu one of the more durable members needed to harden his body to endure ONE PAPER BOMB uninjured while the weakest Espada Aaroniero with the worst hierro would’ve been able to tank a double incantation Hado 73 from Rukia with just “some damage”. Espada 9 in the special hell chapter also fell from the top level of Hell a multi world sized realm to the bottom and his glass tank wasn’t damaged.

He speed blitzes ever character in naruto since the fastest they have reached is a bit faster then light speed. in the case off starrk vs obito, starrk does have lilinette and she prob would want to wake him up when she notices something weird especialy in his reiatsu

Assuming Genjutsu even effects him. Not only is he a spirit, which really throws off the nature of Genjutsu interaction, but his level of power output far exceeds even the strongest Obito forms. Bleach characters can negate hax if they have enough Reiatsu, which Starrk undoubtedly does.

Genjutsu wouldn’t effect any bleach characters because it specifically manipulates the chakra in their optic nerves, and bleach reiatsu is released through openings in their wrists so it just wouldn’t work.

To make things worse in Naruto when they say stuff like "they can destroy a country" it doesn't mean they can take it out in one shot, they can single-handedly fight that country's army and kill its leaders, either in direct combat or with sneak attacks. @@meowbahhyt lol you don't even know what you're talking about, when ichigo fought Yammi he cut off his arm and then white tried to take over so he got beaten by Yammi because of the conflict in inside ichigo, he never fought Ulquiorra at that point in time, then urahara and yoruichi arrived and saved him, Yammi wanted to fight them but Ulquiorra knew they were too powerful so they retreated. Naruto solos what? Don't make me laugh, Naruto verse is one of the weakest in all anime, some bleach characters are strong enough to destroy the world unlike Naruto.

I think minor thing that comes up in the ulqiorra v pain matchup is that the bodies of pain aren't alive and don't have souls with which to get corrupted by hollow energy, so maybe using chakra absorption on something like a cero doesn't really affect pain that much.

In just the second state he went from potentially being at a disadvantage against bankai hollowfied ichigo to completely outclassing him to the point where he was able to stave off his strongest attack with just his aura. Even if he was actively shielding himself its still a very impressive increase and if second release is just a 5 times modifier or so thats still 50 times base at least not to mention the attacks he has that even if we dont have exact numbers on are stated to be above cero gran rey

All espadas and Arancars have hierrro, making there skin, at minimum as hard as steal. Then when you factor in spiritual pressure, which prevents anything of lesser pressure from cutting the user, all weapons in the shinobi world can pretty much be considered useless. Then there is pesquisa which allows them to sense spiritual energy to an exact location unless using specific techniques like sonido, that hide a users spiritual energy. This is assuming that for the sake of the fight we consider chakra and spiritual energy the same thing otherwise the Akatsuki would be crushed just in the presence of the Espada because they wouldn't have their own energy to protect them.

Soul Reapers can access the Garganta (the passageway between dimensions) anytime, without prep. Only when they are going to Hueco Mundo will they need prep or equipment or a spell of some kind. As for Quincies, well they can travel anywhere with their shadow techniques.

Since I suck at scaling, lemme just add on something minor that would favor the espada even more. Their sonido Sonido as a movement ability dosent rely on reiatsu like hirenkyaku or shunpo, instead relying on brute force methods to reach those speeds which is why its been shown that bleach characters who track opponents using their reiatsu often feel like people who utilise sonido "disappear" from their radar which would force all the akatsuki to track the espada using conventional senses more often than not which would be detrimental to their already losing side

It's just way too unfair for the akatsuki

Also about the barragan thing, he can just use the respira barrier, which is just around him all the time, meaning the subconscious one makes him near immortal to jutsus in any way

all espada have something called "pesquisa", which from my understanding is sort of like whiskers from cats. it allows them to feel the world around them with their reiatsu and instinctively tells them to dodge when something dangerous comes their way. In equalized stats, sure ulquiorra could get caught off guard once by the six paths but he would adapt accordingly and probably just start nuking the entire field. Ulquiorra Ws.

These are fights I’ve thought about in my head for years now. Almost exact matchups only difference in matchups is having Nnoitra face up with Hidan (battle of the scythes)

In his segunda his abilities are amped and he has the wolf thing(I forgot the name). Each of his attacks are FTL+ and certainly not building level. Even if they are, imagine thousands of those ceros constantly raining hell on the battlefield while his opponents are constantly pressured.

i have watched both bleach and half of naruto anime recently and i agree with everything although let me remind you that akatsuki doesn't have soul powers and it has been mentioned that aizen can just blew all humans without soul energy easily from a far distant i don't remember what it was exactly but if you remember in og bleach, ichigo friends barely could noy disappear in comparison to aizen. so we can definitely say by souls energy standard: 1. akatsuki members cannot even sense espada members 2. even if we consider chakra as soul power, akatsuki would definitely not stand the amount of espada soul enegry cause jiraya with that huge amount of chakra couldn't stand pain so we can easily say their chakra is not even close in comparison to espada's soul powers 3. bleach universe against naruto universe is not even close sorry if i have any grammatic or word problems cool video btw

Stark has two souls. Even if Obito used Genjutsu, Lillynette should be able to break him out. And that's assuming Genjutsu would work at all. Forget about eyes, Rez Barragan has no brain and would age Itachi's chakra out of existence before it could enter his eye holes. In Base, we're assuming Genjutsu would reach him and affect him before Itachi runs out of chakra. Zommari with equal stats would still be far, far faster, and untouchable to Sasori. Sonido is similar in speed to Shunpo, and Shunpo allows the user to "move large distances near instantaneously with a single step." Meaning even if they were equal in stats, Zommari would still be able to create 5 copies of himself who move near instantaneously to Sasori's perception. He'd get impaled and killed the same way Zommari tried to do to Byakuya.

Lilynette becomes a sentient gun that screams that also has no eyes. Now unless its a deep genjutsu like the one obito placed on the third mizukage. Lilynette would more than likely be able to free him. Also again she's a sentient gun that can firely fire on her own

fun fact: in the fear your own world novels(which are cannon since kubo supervised and worked on them) stated vasto lorde ichigos grand cero has a blast radius of 46,000,000km3 (cubic meters) that means with one blast ichigo is blowing away our entire solar system

I dont exactly remember because my mind is muddled by loads of fanon,but realistically,even with equal stats(which they do not have,i mean cmmon,his base is an anti country(maybe continent) minimum with a X10 multiplier and a literal death beam.) It would mean that itachi has to bypass the most hax ability since...well the other hax abilities. (I also would like to say that i still feel like that lifetime shit was bullshitery because it should have also hit itachi really fucking hard.)

To be fair, it also depends on the match up. Most of this were bad match ups for the akatsuki. For example, If it was yammy vs sasori, I'd give it to yammy. But if it were yammy vs Itachi, I'd give it to Itachi.

Genjutsu does not on bleach characters even if you wanna say reiatsu = chakra Both characters internal power systems work differently, while chakra flows throughout the body, reiatsu constantly is flowing out, they have reiatsu vents on their body constantly releasing it, hence why some characters have a distinct Prescence (Yamma, ichigo, kenpachi)

Doesn't take into effect how the actual abilities themselves work, those stay the same, the way Genjutsu works is flawed as the way bleach characters bodies work passively counteract the very measures it works. Just like how Aizens KS works on humans/arancar/Quincy etc.. regardless of their race as it works 100% differently from Genjutsu

I think it would depend on who is casting the genjitsu and how skilled they really are with it. It's not much short of Aisens abilities is it? I think the Espada have the ability to take this without much effort if they don't play with their food, but most all of them did show a tendency to do exactly that... I think the only ones from the the Narutoverse getting out alive might be Tobi because he can escape to his own pocket dimension + his ability to use gengitsu, and even weakened Itachi.. because his genjitsu is so strong. We don't see Pain use genjitsu, but as a sharingan weilder.. I think it implies he has some ability in it (though as it's not his fighting style... its more likely to be moot). The 6 paths, as we see in the anime aren't really a match for the espada as we see them used.. and we have to remember that all of those are just dead bodies being remotely controlled, and the real Pain isn't ever seen actually fighting. For the most part he's acting remotely through Yahiko.

There is no "depend" here. Akatsuki has nothing compared to Espadas. They're getting no diffed no matter what powerups they get

Even if Itachi’s Genjutsu lands, unless it’s something truly eternal, Barragan’s Respira will still age it out of existence. Kido is essentially the same thing as jutsu, and Barragan could age Kido out of existence just as well as physical matter. A Kido barrier constructed by one of if not the greatest Kido masters using four seperate, massive spells, which under normal circumstances would’ve sealed away almost any opponent for hundreds if not thousands of years deteriorated to nothing in under a minute. So if the Genjutsu has a time limit, Barragan would just decay through it in seconds.

Even if Respira couldn't age Genjutsu, Barragan still wins because he's always generating Respira. Even if Itachi can seal Barragan's mind, he can't damage Barragan's physical body. Meaning Itachi would either keep attacking and failing with Amaterasu and Susanoo until he runs out of Chakra and dies, or he'd keep Barragan in a genjutsu....until he runs out of Chakra and dies.

Yes, good analysis. People in Naruto are powerful but compared to the espadas it's a complete joke. And I will go further, Ulquiorra (with ressureccion segunda etapa and/or Lanza del Relampago), Stark (with cero metrallera) and Barragan (with Respira) can wipe the whole cast of Naruto alone. Each one of them. They don't even need to team up.

With the Akatski scaling I do wanna say. This may feel like a stretch but it’s fair to scale them to or above the tailed beats as they were a team assembled to hunt and beat them all. And successfully did to almost all. When Karamas Tailed beast bomb collided with 6 others that were controlled by Obito at the time. The amount of dust generated from their blast was generally considered to be small planet level Weather or not we want to scale them to this is extremely debatable. Most really wouldn’t anyway as tailed beast very in power based on their well… tails. And most of them struggled with lesser beats I’m just saying this fight isn’t nearly that one sided in the Aspeadas favor as it might seem

I wouldn't call it interesting only because the flames literally can't ever be put out. There literally design to burn anything so it's safe to assume it would burn away barragans decay ability and if not that it would burn away the reiastu the attack is made from and for proof at the reiastu being destroyed u can just look at Yama whose flames are as hot as the sun were able to burn the soul society which is completely made of condensed reiastu so something like amaterasu which is even hotter than yamas flames it's safe to say it could do the same shit

@@meowbahhyt because the Espada aren't wasteful with their power. The only reason Ulquiorra's Lanza Del Relampago was so huge, for example, was because he couldn't control it. In Bleach, all abilities are honed to a point for maximum lethality. In other words, what you see is quite literally the absolute minimum of what they can do scale wise while the density of that attack is astronomical. It's lime Ki control in Dragon Ball

Yes it is by way too much basically luffy is city level at best (he can destroy a islan evemtually but it will take time) naruto is islan level (he can destroy a continent eventually) but in bleach how big a explosion can you make stoped been relevant a long time ago (specifically the battle in fake karakura town) because they can basically alter some aspect of reality , the laws of physics or souls.

Kubo it terrible at power scaling. When Ichigo first introduced his bankai, he absolutely blitzed Byakuya in terms of speed. Because that was the main power of his bankai. Then when it came to introduce Grimmjow, he called Ichigo's speed nothing but average for arrancars and then beat the crap out of him. Then when it came to the main battle, All the capains were apparently on level with the arrancars speed and had no problem keeping up with them. (at this point I sometimes wondered what Ichigo's bankai even did exactly.) I understand the Kubo just wanted to highlight the threat of the arrancars but this was just a bad way to go about it.
