Jason Pegasus would have demolished bakura if he had not been weakened from his shadow duel with yugi bakura would have been the one short an item. people don't realize Pegasus in duelist kingdom was the most powerful millennium item user at the time. we all saw what Pegasus was doing to the pharaoh for half of their duel.

A correction: The Rod's dagger isn't used in the initiation ritual in any version. In the Japanese version he just uses a hot knife instead. The Rod is used by Marik when he murders his father. In the manga version it's shown that he flays his father alive with it.

In season one, episode 40, in Pegasus' diary it's told that when he recieved the Millenium Eye that... uh well... the Millenium Key person. The person told Pegasus that if Millenium Eye didn't reckognize him as it's owner he will die, so you can't own a Millenium Item unless you get it by defeating somebody who has one

The Eye, Ring, and Rod are all incredible options. In terms of use, I probably couldn't be trusted with the Rod. The Ring would be incredible, but I'd be worried about being possessed. The Eye seems the most attractive to me.

I think Yuma stacks his deck in Zexal. In all the other, much better Yu-Gi-Oh! series, it's all just luck. If you're a good duelist, you don't need any Millenium Item or magic; have a consistent deck and you'll do fine.

the puzzle is basically the power of cheating sure it can be referenced as a "luck booster" but honestly when you really look at it. It lets you topdeck any card you need at that moment with the power of magic.

The Millenium scale was always the one that bugged me the most in that series, because most of all the modern characters had a millenium item, but no one had the Milienium scale, it was just basically that one object that was just there. Like Yugi had the Puzzle, Pegasus had the Eye, Bakura with the Ring, Marik with the Rod, Ishizu with the Necklace and Shadi with the Key. Like the one person that i think that would have the Scale would've been Odion but then again Bakura would've gone after him too. I've also always want to see Kiaba weilding the Millenium Rod.

***** Letting the World get destroyed is more realistic? I disagree. The show is more than just the game. Some of us watch for the plot. There are a lot of villians willing to destroy the world and Atem and Yugi need to do what they need to to save the world. If they have to wish for good luck on a duel to SAVE THE WORLD you should be rooting for them instead of complaining. It's not the real life card game where it's a harmless game so people need to calm down. It's an anime not a freaking Yugioh tournament.

He plays fairly but his puzzle gives him what he needs in dire situations. Get it? Not him, the puzzle. And he has drawn cards he didn't need plenty of times. He only draws what he needs when he's about to lose a crucial duel that decides the fate of one person or the world. And it's an anime. It's not going to be realistic. Love to see a teir list of the item from strongest one to the least strongest or on the monster of yugioh lore wise from the crimson dragon to egyptain gods to signer dragons as example

It is told that three of the itens have malignant vibes (I'll call that vibes): the ring, the eye and rod, while the other three have benign vibes: key, scale and necklace. The Puzzle has kinda both but its theorized that the Cubic is kinda evil so maybe its the counterpart but thats just my opinion.

It always amused me that the Millenium Rod's powers were "Mind control, memory manipulation, force projection, and knife." Also, I would totally go for the Millenium Necklace. Seeing the future sounds rad, and honestly the Necklace seems like the least creepy out of all the items. If the Mileenium Eye didn't require me to gouge my own eye out, I might've gone for that.

I'd probably take the Puzzle; it seems to be the most well rounded and positively powered of he items; the neckless is too passive, and the rod too aggressive, while the ring is just flat out Fuqed up! And sorry, I am _not_ removing my eye for the millenium eye.

This is actually a very good analysis. I really liked the way you pronounsed the names in a more "Egyptian way" and it is a pretty good insight. Well for the Puzzle even the Pharaoh himself didn't know the true extent of the powers and in the beginning of the manga not only was he able to access the "Shadow Realm" but also create llusions and/or drive people insane. We also see that the Puzzle can choose the wearer, driving people who are not worthy to solve it insane or even potentially kill them. Just one clarification. I believe you mean "The Eye of Udjat" and not "Eye of Anubis" unless I heard wrong. Also the way you feel of Pyramid of Light I do feel of Dark Side of Dimensions to be honest! Hahahahaha! Sorry. Anyway I believe that the Ring posessed the two of them before the events of the movie did happen (and therefore while Zorc was still in there) but I could be wrong. (As I said not a fan of that movie's plot much...) But the explanation as why the Zorc was more favorable of the Ring was really good. The eye symbol specifically on the Millennium Items (and users foreheads) in Yugioh is called the Eye of Anubis, though the one on the Puzzle is stylized to resemble the Eye of Wdjat or Eye of Horus (probably because the Puzzle was intended to be worn by the Pharaoh, if I had to guess).

I think you missed some of the most important attributes. In the manga it is explained that the puzzle allows him to see into a person's heart (which is why an eye appears on his face). In the anime, when Bakura confronts Pegasus, he explains that the millenium eye allows a person to see into someone's mind and the ring into a person's soul. I don't know of the others.

Puzzle. I want that game luck boost and to hang out with Atem. I may not be original, but Im honest. Well....I suppose I would consider the Cube too.

The Eye; it seems like the most powerful of the items, but I have to wonder...do you have to replace one of your eyes with it to use it, or could you just hold it and use it that way? Otherwise, the Key seems like a good alternative.

In the manga the key is actually one of the most OP items, making it even more unfair that Shadi is the only one togave two items

I'd either take the eye of the necklace myself. Direct control of others is a good way to get a target on your back, but having awareness others lack and making your own normal mortal decisions based off those pieces of information is far less conspicuous. The question I'm left with is "would I prefer omniscience of thought or omniscience of prediction?"

If I had to choose one it would be the millennium necklace, because seeing through time and being protected from dark magic would both useful and awesome!

my first thought was the puzzle, then I remembered all the hugs I could give with the rod. Which reminds me, who wants a hug?

There is also Holding Arms that has that Eye on the artwork, and the Millennium shield, all monster cards. I wonder if the Millennium items will be there own cards. Also, they will help out the Egyptian God Cards to bring out there last bit of Anime Effects with the Neckless allowing the search for any Millennium card or Divine-Beast card (Egyptian God Cards) with a hard Once Per Turn effect, just as an example.

which item: millennium rod, i just think its really cool. i dont wanna read peoples minds or have good luck or see the future maybe the ring since i always lose things, scales could be nice to know when someone is lying. you left out one of the rods powers, it can shoot a force blast out the eye. they all give the ability to summon cards or to bring out your own ka, and id be interested to see what my ka is (as if i dont know its kozaky)

Which one is your favorite? Personally for me is the millennium rod! But the puzzle seems pretty strong as it can interfere with other millennium items powers

You forgot that, like the Millennium Eye, the Ring can also embed itself into the flesh of its owner. The spikes on the ring will burrow into the chest of the wearer at times.

Item choice would be millenium ring - finding what I desire sounds very nice :D 3 items for justice, 3 items for containing darkness, 1 does both

I seen this in a random episode but yugi said his millennium puzzle can put souls back in place

This made me learn more aboot Millennium items

I wouldn't want the Ring or Puzzle because they have a spirit in them; I especially wouldn't want an evil one. But even if they didn't, they are both boring. A wish and a compass are just means to an end. The Rod, Eye, and Key are all evil. No one should have the power to see, invade, or control another person's mind. Even enemies' minds should be respected. The Scale and Necklace are both good, and while I would like to see the past and future, the Scale has more power to destroy evil. I choose the Scale.

Well in theory you could use the Eye (and probably the Key, maybe even the Rod? there seems to be a lot of overlap) on a consenting individual to confirm they're telling you the truth about something. Granted just their consenting pretty much answers the question, but even so their consent is only such powerful evidence because you have the item to back it up. (And you should probably make it a policy to always use it when that consent is given just to avoid people bluffing you).

Millenium ring because I run a destiny board deck in real life, or now it's a destiny board deck, before the new support it was basically Bakura's Occult deck but powered up a bit, rarely won with it so I just switched to a different one until support for the destiny board would be released, I had a feeling, so I now use it again

I would have the millennium ring because I am just pure evil. Also, I enjoy being able to find my way around. (I get lost easily) On second thought, maybe the millennium scales? More likely to be the ring though. AWESOME VIDEO!!!!!
