This is really cool and I want to buy it when it comes out. I really like how you can do you own mini Battle City tournament. My favourite Egyptian God card is Slifer.

Such an awesome casual product. The tournament style seems like a lot a fun for a group of friends together.

Im so getting this box. I think this is a great way to introduce someone to the game is to host a little tornament. I really want that Masked Beast Des Guardes deck! Persionally, Im going for Winged Dragon of Ra because of artwork, unique mechanics, and so far, the only god card to have a legit deck.

Slifer is 100% my favorite Egyptian God card. His design of an endless red dragon is awesome, and his effect to passively reduce every monster summoned by 2000 with a chance to destroy is fantastic. His attack gain depending on the cards in your hand is just enough of a gimmick to make me like it, but not enough for it to be worthless. Besides all that the first battle with Yugi and Strings when Slifer was used was really cool, both the strategy to make Slifer stronger and the counter Yugi managed to perform.

holy smokes i'm buying like 4 of these, It would be fun to watch you and Sam duel with these decks too! (also Rex vs Weevil would have been fun to watch but i'm sure you guys are super busy)

So 4 decks and each one of them has cards from Joey's deck Yugi's deck and Seto's deck ,rare cards,speedduel cards,and the thre Egyptian God cards so basically its the best Yu-Gi-Oh product science the duel disk. I would like to have slifer the sky dragon because he's awesome and I guess I would like to have Obelisk as well to finish of my God card collection

I personally would have done 1 deck per anime character and used the 8 finalists to pay proper homage to battle city

Maybe on getting the box but my favorite Egyptian Deity card is Obelisk because, out of the three, he is the least glassy of them as Ra requires LP for his ATK, DEF and effect while Slifer uses you hand size for its ATK and DEF and counters Special Summons whereas Obelisk is already really big and beefy with one caveat: using his effect means he cannot attack. (Granted, this is my knowledge of their TCG effects and I have no idea if their Speed Duel versions have any changes to those stats)

Already bought 8 of them, this is a game changer.

They are dead, konami is just using it as a way to reprint old cards while banking off nostalgia. Only Duel Links is actually surviving.

Obelisk because he has the best protection and a strong base attack with no gimmick like life drain or hands also his destroying effect can be useful in some situations but I think slifers atk drain destroy effect is really cool and he can have good attack just that I wanna use the cards in my hand though ra isn’t that good but he did receive some cool support in the tcg that I’m gonna try to buy some rage of ra packs and try and get the ghost rare the art and support wouldn’t be mad if I got some jinzo cards either

I would use obelisk because it's untargetable and destroys all monsters by a cost of tributing 2 monsters

Favorite is Slifer by art. Have you seen the new GOD Card support for Obelisk and Slifer?

Obelisk is probably the most versatile Egyptian god because he has straight up attack points, spider would be good too but ras lame because to have the LP you need to get him more ATK you need to bring him out early game which is not easy with the three tributes

I'm torn between Ra and Osiris. Ra because he resembles a griffin, but I'd pick Osiris because his fits perfectly in terms of flavor.

Honestly if I had to choose an egyptian god I would pick Ra, but if I could pick from any god-teir card I would have to say Wicked Avatar hands down

That's weird, all my cards were stacked in a large pile/loose without any wrapping (everything else was sealed, all cards present, etc)

@@Mewatron I’m not saying it that the effect that destroys monsters with 2000 or less isn’t good I’m just saying that you could kill slifer with a man eater bug but I don’t think you can destroy obelisk because of its effect I’m pretty sure man eater bug targets which just sounds kinda stupid killing a god with a bug since you would wanna set man eater bug slifers effect wouldn’t activate also it’s fine if you think slifer is the best I just think besides that effect slifer is to inconsistent since you would wanna use the cards in your hand

Obelisk easy, coolest god card there is slifer is alright but hate having to need cards in my hand for his strength and never cares for sacrificing life points so ra can get stronger

I already pre-ordered three boxes. The best god card to have in my deck is Obelisk. He can punch through mirror force, ya know?

The anime ability for the god cards that makes them immune to card effects doesn't work irl because these are the legal versions of the cards the have their effects changed so that they won't be too broken

Konami had a bunch of unsold cards so they stuck 'em in a £25 box with 3 new cards and called it a new product. R.I.P Speed Duel 2019 - 2020
