Honestly Yu is the most intimidating pitcher in the league to me. His wind up and delivery with the pitch mix makes me uncomfortable just thinking about it

I'll miss him in Chicago, but I hope he has another monster season in san diego.

i love these videos man. As a baseball coach who has a 9 year old just starting to pitch, this is some knowledge thats going to last a lifetime and hopefully my kid can teach his kids this stuff.
