In the last few days I've noticed that video id 22 (720p with audio) is no longer showing up. I use this format in Kodi for buffering but it looks like youtube took it away. Does anyone know what's going on?

why does auto best video selects webm since mp4 looks better on my end? what audio format does it choose when autoselecting best audio?

That would be a question for the developers over at github. They can probably answer that. Might be info on that over there.
