Same, since i was the little boy in this picture in the 90's. In 2018 At 32 years lld, on my couch, during a 49ers vs Packers game, i prayed to Jesus amd he sent me The Holy Spirit. I'd go through a 45 minute, entire body regeneration with the Holy Spirit, from this experience i received the Spiritual gift as an Intercessor i would come to find out over the following weeks....Of course from here my Hunger for God and The Word of God ramped up like NO OTHER! and in 37 now.

Any time I have sleep paralysis I call on Jesus name and I instantly wake up. Even when I wasn’t Christian, it was an instinct to call out to him. And it never failed me.

As Christians, its not only wise, but required to - prepare yourself for spiritual warfare.

I had sleep paralysis once when I was going through a dark time in my life. As soon as I realized it was sleep paralysis I said in my head GET OFF of me in Jesus name and instantly it stopped.

True, but also intimidation. I've repented, prayed for forgiveness, confessed and shut every door in Jesus name. It's intimidation after warfare

I had this happen two weeks ago, in my dream I was told “you ruined my plans” and then violently kicked by who appeared to be my ex husband and I woke up unable to move and my chest was being pushed and I couldn’t breathe, then I was able to get up after I prayed to Jesus and ran to the sink and coughed up water, I left the new age medium career I was in which was not that long ago and have been repenting and sharing my journey and the devil has been trying to stop me, the Holy Spirit has taken over and I am aligned with Christ, but it has been quite the challenge to overcome these demons.

They like to appear as familiar spirits when tormenting in sleep paralysis. I endured 6 days in a row of sleep paralysis about ten years ago, pure hell.

I found it fascinating to read the comments! I hope many of you will share more of your stories! People need to be aware that they are not alone, and that these things are real! “ CALL ON JESUS”

Pray for me I was attacked in my sleep last night but I love God

When I was about 10 years old I was lifted out of my bed and brought to a bright white light outside, and in a parallel position was taken out of my window. I do not remember anything after that but I do remember waking up safe and sound in my bed. Around that same time I heard a demonic voice from Beyond a window during a different day, tell me that he would be back, once I turned about 11 or 12 I woke up in my living room while sleeping on the hideaway bed. I woke up and saw two beings, two glowing figures, they were glowing as bright as the sun. I'm not sure what that means biblically, but it was either Christ and an angel or two beings that are close to Christ for a long period Of time, just like when Moses face began to Glow because he was in the tent of meeting. I was once at a bar with two friends that I knew were no good. I went out to the alley to get some fresh air, out of no where I heard a loud voice from everywhere tell me to, "run" home and I ran as fast as I could! Now I am a True Believer in Jesus Christ, once you understand his love and his power you can never turn away! This is the first time I've ever given any part of my testimony, in fear that I would be looked at as insane.❤ all glory be to God Jesus Christ the Holy Spirit amen!✝️🙏

When I was about 6 me and a group of friends were in a circle telling scary stories with our eyes closed. I happened to peak and saw the devil coming through the wall of my house. I’ve told only one person bc I mean who would believe that?! I remember that day so clearly. I closed my eyes so quickly. I don’t know why I experienced that.

This use to happen to me a lot especially through my teenage years. I now just call on Jesus and let him intervene instead of freaking out like I use to

I have had an experience like this. It felt like I was between sleep and awake, but I could not move I was paralyzed. I could see a blurry image of some kind of dark presence moving around in my room. And the very moment I called out to Jesus , it all stopped and I fell immediately to sleep ,for a couple of hours ,and then woke up just emotionally and physically just drained. It felt like I had been through something very stressful on my mind and body . But the thing I found most amazing was how all I did was call out to my saviour ,and it IMMEDIATELY ceased!!! How great thou are!!!🙏🙏🙏✝️❤️

I grew up in a crack house basically and was tormented as a child by demons. Woke unable to move a few times. Every inch of my body frozen, but felt wide awake. The only way it would stop was if I thought the name of Jesus in my until I could say it allowed.

Brother I have been tormented by these since I was a small child. My family is a blood line of witches and I inherited all sin in my blood line. I am fighting so hard to keep these away and have been bed ridden ill for 3 weeks now. I am in repentance for my entire blood line as well as me myself committing all sins. This realm is real. It's been opened to me too many times. My father ran an occult shop. YESHUA HAS MORE FOR ME. I AM HIS, I WILL NOT BE THE DARK ONES. HE HATES US AND WANTS US DESTROYED! I NEED PRAYER. I used to have sleep paralysis since childhood. I was looking it up online what it was and all I found it was a medical condition where your brain wakes up before your body and that’s it. So that’s what I thought of it. Then as I grew up it happened more, and it was scary. I come from nonbelievers - my family believes in themselves and science unfortunately. I lived in sin. As I grew older I found out about astral travelling and astral projection. I tried it out but as soon as I did - it felt so scary so I tried a couple more times and it never felt good so I quit playing with that. I lived more sinful life than ever. And during pandemic. In my bf bed I had sleep paralasys but different - usually I only had paralasys but nothing demonic looking. This time I had a black demon sitting on my chest. That freaked me out - but I still thought its some kimono of a dream not a real demon. Now I have found God and none of these things don’t happen to me anymore. I have broken up with my bf because he is pagan and doesn’t believe n God. And he called me recently telling me he had a black demon sitting on his bed sucking out his soul or something that feels like sacrificing his soul. I pray he turns to Jesus.,

Been tormented by these. Book of Enoch opened up my eyes to this, but of course, through the grace of God and his power ONLY. Til this day. I get em daily, I recognized when it’s gonna happen before it happens , my mind gives me 1sec to wake up. If I don’t, I’m caught up in it. It’s like a fear, but what if, I face the fear. Fear don’t come from God brothers and sisters. And I believe we shouldn’t fear no one but God. So at this point, let it happen and face it? I’ll ask God in prayer too.

Yes experienced it. I have to fight for it but it's so much effort and when i manage to mention the name of Jesus. Wow they just let go and i woke up completely.

I used to always have sleep paralysis when i was younger. And when i got older it started to lessen until i don't experience it anymore. We became born again christians since 2012.

Exactly. I suffered from this for years and I had no idea what it was. I started praying and calling for Jesus. Those dreams and feelings of fear went away. When I stopped praying, the dreams got worse. I started praying again and continue praying until there was no more bad dreams. Even in my worst days, I turn to Jesus Christ to ask for forgiveness and strength to help me through it. Prayers work if you pray with a humble heart. Amen and thank you for teaching me to come to you with all my sorrow.

I had a very real dream I could feel and everything around me was so dark you could not see anything and a little windy road of pure light went down this path and Jesus was standing there with his hands out and then I woke up

So happy that I'm not the only person experiencing this. Sometimes I'm afraid to tell my wife cause it happening almost everyday or Everytime I sleep during daytime or nightime. The nightmares getting more and more gruesome, like I'm eating all my fingers but the scariest part is I'm not feeling any pain. Just like a few weeks a go, my sleep paralysis becoming more and more worst. Getting to the point that Im very afraid to sleep coz I might not be waking up again and will not see my baby. I barely even go out from my house. Just keep working and working and making my boss or superior richer 😅

A few years ago at my Grandmas I was having one of these episodes, where I couldn't move, talk. I was asleep but I was half awake, it was weird. All I remember telling myself was pray. I shiii you not, when I started reciting the our father and said those first few words that were "our father thou art in heaven" I was completely let go and woke up. It was the most terrifying thing that happened to me. They fear his name! Jesus is king!

I was having sleep paralysis. The very last time it happened. My room is at the end of the hallway above the garage. I was in that rem cycle (first time I've heard what it is called). In a dream/awake state. It literally sounded like something enormous was running down the hallway towards my room from the other end of my house. It made it to the end of my bed and planted like it was jumping. The next thing that happened was my body was completely squeezed tight and my mouth was covered. I somehow got the top of my mouth free to scream JESUS! JESUS! JESUS! It completely let le me free, and it was the last time it has ever happened. Everytime I question our Lord, that account comes to my mind. Thank You Jesus, Thank You for Loving Us.. Praise Be To Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!!!

I would often have episodes and I would call out to Jesus but it felt like he never heard me until I would let the flesh die spiritually

I had one before it all started when I was living at my mother house I was sleeping face down and my new born was in the middle and my wife was on the other side I remember I was sleeping face down and I felt some one breath I couldn’t move at all I remember that thing told me he was going to take my newborn away I sAw how my new born eyes rollback full white I so mad i was trying to break loose to save my newborn life I couldn’t move or speak at all but the mind it always power I remember I said on my mind on the name of Jesus Christ and the blood of Jesus Christ I order you to break me loose and it did I was loose I held my baby and he felt peacefully to sleep

Jesus , thank you for relieving me of sleep paralysis. You couldn't imagine the sleep paralysis I endured. For years and growing worse. And it became so much worse, every single time i slept. 3 to 5 times in a night. Very vivid, very real and absolutely terrifying. The most fear I ever went through. Once I made it through withdrawal, and quit suboxon for good, I haven't ever seen an episode of sleep paralysis again! It's been almost 3 years now. And it still feels so great to sleep.

I’m curious, has anyone ever experienced being in that half awake half sleep situation and hearing static in your room kind of like material being rubbed together or like somethings moving around in your room such as some kind of energy? And there’s no explanation for it, that I can think of other than spiritual. I’ve had this happen to me often in the other house I used to live in where I was much of the time in backslidden states of living. I specifically remember a dark cloud in my room, but with no form. This is exactly when I was dating someone that was into Ancient magic of some kind. He had some books about ancient druid priests. I remember when I broke up with this guy how much more peaceful my sleep became.

Had it happen a bunch, but never seen anything, just can't move or speak. It's a real struggle to regain movement and its a scary feeling.

Same. I never had seen anything but am able to see and feel glued to my bed with some struggle to make an audible sound. Had a brother that did see a dark figure on him. Maybe our experience of no figures is just sleep paralysis

I have sleep paralysis no less then 10 times a week, and a couple I saw god. Those few times I saw god were beautiful.

I was a hardcore atheist growing up in my catholic family and when I was 12 years old I got sleep paralysis every night, I got it so much that I literally stopped fearing it. When I got baptized as a Christian in 2021, (praise the one true living God Jesus Christ) I got sleep paralysis one more time, and I learned and heard that there is power in the name of Jesus. So I said “Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ. Over and over again and I saw the portrayed image of Christ with his hand raised and his burning heart. I’ve never gotten sleep paralysis as bad as I did before. I rarely get it now, but it is absolutely nothing compared to when I was Godless.

I never had this before and I dint even know what this is so I searched this up and now I'm scared😢

I had sleep paralysis everyday when I smoked weed quit before it’s too late

I was 12 and it happened 3 nights in a row until I figured out that praying and leaving my small pocket bible open with a light on was the way for it to stop. I would go to church forcefully by my mom and wouldn't pay attention but I do remember "Call on him Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior!" .. I kept my room pitch black no light just the noise of my fan, I had my eyes closed trying to fall asleep when the fan blades started to slow down almost as if time were slowing. It slowed down so much I could literally hear the swooosh of each blade then it turned into what sounded like flapping, like big wings flapping next to my ear. My eyes were closed but I opened them and standing right next to me was the most blackest figure so dark and black I could make out the silhouette in a pitch black room. I panicked and couldn't move a muscle in my body, there looking down at me as tall as the ceiling we were in a stare down that I didn't want to be apart of. The fear and shock of what the heck is this thing I remembered "Call on Jesus our lord and Savior!", so I did and in an instant I regained movement and the flapping wings went right back to my fan blades noise. People this isn't a game this is 100% real and it's a battle for our souls.

Ohhh my Lord I had this when I was young. I tried everything to not fall asleep because I was so afraid. My experience was that it ended when I let go of the fear. I just went to sleep knowing that Jesus is living within me and I do not need to fear. I prayed about it and then it slowly stopped. Anyways I know for sure that demons exist, I have seen them every night. To people who experience this but don't believe in a spiritual realm, I want to say something. Doctors might say, it's an illusion and due to sleep phases you're hallucinating. Dreams mix with reality. But then why is sleep paralysis only about demons and you feel stress, fear, anxiety, discomfort, torture. Dreams are not always bad and dark but sleep paralysis is for sure. You never end up seeing something that is pleasant. Why can't your brain have nice hallucinations during this paralysis? Because those demons exist.

I research a lot of things about terrors that happens in your sleep, and sleep paralysis is one of them, and you’re right. Demons do come after people through sleep paralysis, but did you know that they can come after people through night terrors? Like as many of us may know that nightmares are just bad dreams, and they are different from night terrors and sleep paralysis, but what’s similar about those two is that thats where demons can use it to go after people, and it is due to sin, and generation crisis. There are so many of them out there, and they do that to thousands, maybe up to millions of people, such as a demon corrupting a person in their sleep through night terrors or sleep paralysis, and usually leading to serious consequences such as evil acts particularly, and Jesus is the only cure to this problem.

I was once denied sleep for 43 days and I can tell it was a very bad experience and it was a demonic experience that is hard to understand and adequately explan but it did happen.

I literally just cast out a demon this morning I experience sleep paralysis it tried to attack my daughter as well

I’ve had this in the past but not for a long time. Since being a Christian it’s been very rare but when it happens I don’t have any figures or demons I just lay there and can’t move until I go to sleep and wake properly. In the past during my youth it seemed a bit different. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I pray for the Power of Christ to protect me whatever it is that is happening but I know the Holy Spirit protects my heart and mind. LORD give me your strength to resist sin in my life and remove all power I have given up to the enemy. I repent and ask for a fresh filling of your powerful spirit. In Jesus name.

Last time I had this. I don't wanna get too deep in it. But the thing is, I felt like I was almost floating at the same time. Literally. I could feel it. While ofcourse saw very demonic imagery in my mind. And it felt like my face was gonna be torn apart any moment

I used to struggle with sleep paralysis since I was a child. I had it occur once a month for years when I was a teenager, I used to have crystals everywhere, and didn’t have a relationship with Christ. A few years ago i had a terrifying experience with a demon during sleep paralysis and in my dream I started to pray to Jesus, begging him to help me. The moment I said his name, the demon vanished and left me alone. Ever since then i have stopped using crystals, donated all my buddha statues, stopped doing divination, cut out all new age spiritual tools, and began praying every single day. I haven’t had a single sleep paralysis episode since I started to pray to Jesus. He saved me, he protects me and I am eternally grateful for what he has done and still does to this day. Thank you lord. Amen.

You know what I wanna know more about when God talks about the frog like creature I can’t help connected to aliens I know they’re really demonic. Maybe you can touch on that subject for me. I’m so curious about it.❤

I always experiencing this sleep paralysis, sometimes multiple times a day that's why my wife suggested me to not sleep alone. I work from home so during my 1 hour lunch I will take a nap then suddenly my wife always come running towards where I was sleeping, shes saying that I'm just screaming for 10-15 mins while sleeping. I will sit for a while and drink water then try to sleep again then same thing always happen. Sometimes it lasted almost 2 weeks straight. Everytime I sleep, either sleep paralysis, false awakening and nightmare. Sometimes I experience I'm struggling to move my body or finger from sleep paralysis, then u thought u already awake but ur still dreaming (false awakening) sometimes it goes for loop maybe up to an hour. Barely making a sleep, but a 2-3 hour sleep with no nightmares or false awakening or sleep paralysis best feeling ever. Also I'm wondering it seems my 3 yr old son is afraid to come to the corner room on the second flr of our house where I work and take a nap or sleep. Maybe there's something weird about that room and it for a minute u will smell like some rotting meat every then and now.

Hears a legit TIP 90% work or more 1. Sleep sideways 2. No caffeine before bed 3. If ur leg started to cramped or small pain dont just ignore&sleep with it wait until it goes away or malis it During the Lucid/paralyzed demon encounter 4. Try closed ur eyes 5.know that u have sleep paralyzed try to loop back to the real realm 6. Says the LORDs prayer in your mind/or pray/ say out Jesus name anyway you can 7. Try rolling your eyes (with eye closed or open) Try any of this tips it worked 90% frfr nothing is better then praying before bed and get engough sleep for bout 7 to 9 after u encounter the paralyzed good luck to all

For a long time I’d get sleep paralysis IN THE MORNINGS when I would Wake up and Try to go back to sleep . And would hear a demon banging on my door trying to get in and I knew the intention was to have sex with me and in another dream the lord showed me the word nephilim and at the time I had no idea what that word meant and Now I know the lord was trying to tell me so I could pray for deliverance from that demon. Since then I have not had any more sleep paralysis !

Hello, i have sleep paralysis. I take a medication to try to counter act the signals in my brain, etc. I cannot remember dreams, it just started one day, so b4 and after talking The meds I still am not remembering my dreams but I am not waking up in a cold sweat in the middle of the night anymore. I guess that is the one upside to taking this medicine, idk? But seriously, if anyone else could give me any feedback or information or their opinion, that'd be alright. Thank you.

What is the dream realm? I been seeking God more and more, listening and trying to find Him in His word,, but have also been having terrible nightmares, waking up shouting and crying , horrible emotional torments… what is going on ? Am I still evil?

I remember I had sleep paralysis. And I thought ... Let me walk out of my body. So I was tryna Shake my soul out of my body. ..... Then I heard a growl ...... On the right side by my feet. I remember thinking ... " wtf .... is there a demon right there, waiting for me to walk out of my body" Never again.... will I attempt that. That was very creepy.

At this point i just be playing arm wrestling with my demons lol i be laughing like what do you want from me

I am a Christian. What do I do if I believe I believe I have a demon in me? I know I am not my self anymore I love God more then ever. But I just keeping pushing the ones I love away from me. I’m always angry I’m always mad there are many times I cannot get into the word of God because of it. It is so hard for me to find any joy in this life anymore. I’ve tried anointing my self. Ive tried to cleanse my house I’ve tried to rebuke this demon inside of me. And what ever I do Nothing works. I go to church faithfully every Sunday I gave up drinking i gave up cannabis. I have repented of my sins and nothing works. I feel like the Harder I try to be a man of God the worst I get. I know Jesus and I Love God so so much. I just feel like I can’t get a break through. I feel like no matter how much scripture I read how much I try to be a Man of God the devil is always attacking. And he’s attacking my heart. I honestly feel like I’m in. Spiritual war and I’m running out of Holy Fire. God bless

I don't have sleep paralysis but I had a dream of a group of women going to a river and I ran to the river to tell everyone to get out and the demon came from under the water and took a man. It's like I saw a coven gathering of women and they was taking souls. I woke up and bind that and prayed against it. Three days later I heard a youth that I used to give food snacks after school at my business died and his family and Drs have no answers

I had sleep paralysis about a week ago💀

they dont go ive been praying ive been baptized ive been doing nothing sinful and i still suffer from sleep paralysis please see a doctor if this is happening regularly, repenting to god wont help it hasent for me and it hasent for the 10% of people globally.
