This story isn't accurate. The women murdered was shot in the back of the head and forensics said she didn't know it was coming. So she wouldn't be screaming. They were too far from the murder anyways for the screaming to be related

Yes, what I have realized is that over the years sometimes not helping is better than helping. A lot of the times it’s better to assess situation before to just full on go into action unless you’re very comfortable in knowing what you’re doing. I think that they definitely did the right choice by calling the cops and not just investigating because that could be a serious situation where not only that girl, but also those guys could be put at risk and in danger

Its important to remeber, even in a group, to never and I mean NEVER approach screams of help or terror out in the woods/rural isolated areas and espescially at night. There was really nothing these men couldve done, and if they approached it could have ended with them dead as well. Im not trying to encite fear but if you hear screams and youre alone or with friends away from civilisation, dont go to them or call out or anything, get away from the area as fast as you can. Of course thoughts and prayers to the victim of the murder, god rest her soul.

You are vulnerable and can’t see very well, also I’m pretty sure the killer had a gun. So he would have the upper hand because he has range and experience. When you kill someone, I’d assume, you DONT want witnesses, also alot of animals sound like women screaming, eg: foxes, cougars, skinwalkers and more

@Zakka1237 I'd say a group of 6-8 experienced hunters with firearms would be at a lower risk of danger and could definitely approach but I would still recommend looking from a distance first. In Sam and Colbys scenario though, unarmed men with probably little to no experience of hunting or survival definitely should not scope it out. I say this because of the common scenario of screams being used to lure unsuspecting hikers or bypassers into the woods and well they don't get heard from after that.

Those screams were confirmed to be that of a woman being murdered. Are you seriously wanting a small group of dudes to go towards an active murder? Sam and Colby and the Ireland boys (who had made a video about it two months ago) heard the police and ran out the building into the forest, the murderer, the victim and the fiancé of the murderer walked into the asylum. The four boys literally saw them. Then they ran and then the scream happened. Apparently the victim was pregnant from the murderer and shot, executed.

I actually watched the video that Sam and Kobe did there. It was really fucking creepy.

As a person who grew up in the woods, I was around 13 and I was home alone with my 16 year old brother. Around 30 minutes after our parents left, we heard incredibly loud screaming from coming from the woods(which was right behind our house). Our parents always told us to never go investigate when we heard anything coming from the woods, so we didn’t go outside. We locked all the doors and stayed in my room until our parents came. When we told them, they were equally as frightened but thought nothing of it since they were raised in the woods too and this happened quite often for them. A few days later we discovered that a 60 something year old man was playing recordings of a woman screaming form inside the woods to get little girls to go into the woods and he would r*pe them. He was later arrested and I think he served around 5 years in prison(which is not fucking enough).

i litterally watching this video and since i was way younger i thought it was like just screaming to make the video scary

Was camping once and heard a few screams like that. Kept getting closer and started crackling branches and screaming while it circled our camp. Got back to back with my nephew and basically prayed we wouldn’t be fucked. After an hour it stopped. We lived in bear and lion country so there were many stories of it. Never go near the screams. Just call the cops if you think it’s a person. If not, run.

They were having a great video until they heard something like a gunshot and a woman screaming and police sirens. They also saw a police helicopter too. They decided to get out and that day a woman went missing. A few years later they realize that that same day in that exact spot at that exact time, Tyler Tessier shot and killed his pregnant girlfriend Lauren Wallen because he didn’t want her to tell anyone. He was arrested and sent to jail and Lauren’s body was found in a long big field right next to the insane asylum.

Everyone listen!!: I hear a LOT of people in the comments saying, "It was just a fox." One: If you find the video that Sam and Colby had posted, you'll hear words that were clearly cries of distress, "HELP ME!!" Was screamed several times. Two: It was found on the news that a womans D3AD BODY was found in the area that screams were heard..

Full backstory since there’s many comments asking and nobody is really explaining… For starters, yes the screams you hear are from an actual murder taking place, it was only recently confirmed a couple months ago that the screams are of a pregnant woman named Laura Wallens was lead into the woods by her boyfriend (but unsure as to why according to her last text messages sent to a friend), I believe her boyfriend shot her multiple times, then hurried her in a shallow grave right by the asylum, the motive was the boyfriend was not only in a relationship with Laura but also had a fiancé, and he didn’t want her or anyone else to find out he got another woman pregnant. This took place about 6 years ago back in 2017. Sam and Colby started off with Vine, then switched to KZread and was mainly doing exploration videos of abandoned buildings (important; they were doing it illegally) which gave them lots of legal trouble, which was also expensive. They came across this abandoned asylum in maryland but wanted to save that exploitation as a collaboration with the Ireland boys channel who was doing similar things as well. After exploring they heard sirens, the property is still private so being there was trespassing, and because Sam and Colby already dealt with legal trouble, they chose to try and leave which took longer than planned as they accidentally ended up in the basement. However they made it out and as they’re going through the woods they see 3 people walk right pass them. (It’s dark out, almost pitch black, I’ve been in a rural area late at night and you really can’t see shit with no lights). They assume the 3 people walking by them are security so they stay quiet and hide. When they continue trying to leave they see a helicopter with its search lights on hoping it’s not for them but still concerned. And right after is where this video starts. Screams of bloody murder came out of nowhere. Which actually scared all of them. They weren’t even sure on what to do but figured the best thing to do was to just leave, get back to the car, call 911.

This triggered a memory: i was walking down a large, wide road when I heard a blood-curdling scream seeming to come from a vehicle passing by. I saw a female suddenly seeming to duck down in the vehicle I thought it came from. I didn’t hear anything else and the car was driving without swerving or anything. I decided that the girl was playing and kept walking. I did try to remember what the vehicle looked like but quickly got confused as to which one the sounds came from. Days later I found out that a teenage girl had been walking home from a friend’s apartment within the same apartment complex but had never made it home. Later I found that the apartment complex was directly across the street from where I had been walking. I witnessed something but couldn’t remember what the car looked like. I didn’t call the police because I doubted myself. A couple months later another teenage girl went missing. Both were later found dead. I never have forgiven myself for not paying better attention. This was before people had cell phones. It was in the late 1980’s.

I was skating behind our Mall with some friends, it was getting late, and we started walking home. We decided to take shortcuts through Walking Trails in the trees, this particular one had a playground in the center. One of my friends and I ran up ahead so we could swing on the swings tell the others caught up. By the time the others caught up, we herd something in the trees, like struggling in the bushes and branches , also gurgling noises. The girls got scared so we rushed out of the rest of the trail. Next day in the morning, where I stayed, the news was on tv, and the local news station was reporting a body found with no hands, hung on a tree in one of the City Walking Trails. All these years, I feel like if we didnt dart out of the trail that night, that we could have helped the person hanging some how. Also I always think, we could have been bodies also found if we didnt leave the trail as fast as possible.

What’s scary is how close they were to hear the scream so clearly

To be honest, I’m proud of the boys for not going towards it. It’s natural instinct to runaway in a situation like that. You need as many people as possible to be alive in this situation. On the other hand, god rest her soul❤️ Update: The ones disagreeing in the comments, I’d like to see you in a situation like that..😂also wish I never commented cos it’s really not that deep, idk why I was so enthusiastic and proud at the time.
