When you get a rainbow rare from a cheap pack:

KZreadrs be like: "The Pokemon Company sent out these booster boxes and ETBs early for me to open up" and they're absolutely loaded with pulls. We be like: Yeeeeah I've opened up 2 booster boxes and got absolutely shafted.

A lot of the cards I grab are either Commons or whatever that card you call when it's like holographic on the outside and not the inside, sometimes I'll get rainbow rares but honestly from all my booster pack pulls it's mostly Commons or some type of holographics

You mean reverse holos. You get one in every pack for modern sets so they are guaranteed... unless a secret rare would replace them.

yeah I usually find meowths and early route pokemon, only rare cards I have is a GX raichu and a detective pikachu card

I feel like this was more true when I was a little kid and I didn’t get any packs. So I really had to make the ones I did get count. Very disappointing aspect of my childhood because I opened a single pack of brilliant stars at a prerelease and pulled the rainbow zard. I remember when I was a kid I got a roaring skies etb and they were all non-holo rares like actually wtf

The brilliant stars was recently but I was talking about a separate instance when I was a kid. Nowadays my luck is a little better so I really could’ve used it when I got fewer packs

I feel like for me it’s the exact opposite, I opened my first 5 packs of brilliant stars the other day, two packs of nothing, a secret rare gold card, a full art, and a V
