Also with the pan still on the heat when he poured it in. Or the measley amount of salt he used for the pasta, while he had bacon frying. ... Yeah, I don't think the eggyolk was the issue.

Honestly based on Harry's tasting, he liked the entire carbonara, which means the whole thing worked. But it's risky to have a meal in parts like Harry, because while Bog liked the Salmon, the dish loses points for the poor asparagus, so I'd say it's a tight decision but a fair one by Bog.
