I've been using subs for like 4 years now and they work so good... like my life literally changed sm bc of them. But Ravon lowkey has a point how its can sometimes be toxic with reinforcing the "eurocentric beauty standards" as more beautiful. Like how many subliminals have affs like: get paler skin, upturned, skinny nose, high nose bridge, etc. in a "become the most beautiful person in the world" sub, for example. Even tho every ethnicity has unique features of their own that makes them beautiful.

@Lucky Bear There was this channel called as "Rose Subliminals" and that person was uploading subliminal videos with negative affirmations including things like sûicìdē and other negative things. Edit: I forgot to mention that they also made an apology video afterwards. Later after some viewers pointed ot out that she had added bad and negative affs in that apology video too like, "You will bleed to death if you didn't forgave Rose Subliminals."

As soon as I found out about manifestation and subliminals I manifested for my mental health, my parents genuine love and support plus some physical changes like lighter eyes and shorter height and other random things which was enough proof for them to trust me and manifest together. @@jayyjxz there's actually multiple videos on it, I suggest you look it up. But in short: they were a subliminal maker who made negative subliminals. they seemed like regular subliminals, that help people, but turns out they were using negative affirmations that seriously hurt people.

they're actually usually non-toxic and nice.. but we shouldn't trust anyone unless we're like 100% sure their subs are not negative and they're not being a btich😭👍🏻

subliminals are a form of manifestation, usually people will focus on certain topics to manifest their desires it could be looks, wealth and money it can take beliefs in these(manifestation) for them to work many people gate keep the community due to the bad creators like the rose situation or the ug (under ground) creators (I wouldn’t say they’re bad but they do it mainly to cope), due to tik tok there has been an increase in negativity within the community, people are now resorting to keeping the community small… making videos like these could cause harm towards the community

A subliminal is just one of many different ways where it motivates/changes your mindset and helps you achieve what you're trying to manifest based on the title of the subliminal. Ofc, this can be done without subliminals. But like using affirmations, it's a great way to shift your mindset quickly about something you want to believe in/have if you struggle with it. My little two cents about this: (Please read through if you have doubts about our community) Firstly, I love Ravon and his videos... my fav KZreadr! But, I have a few things to say about this situation. So, I started listening to subliminals early this year, so I am comparitively new to the community. But from mine and others' experiences, most Subliminals do work. I personally don't listen to subliminals that change your appearance but I don't judge those who do, as there are many reasons one might need them. There are a lot of subliminals that help you feel better about yourself, in fact. And overall, it is a very positive and supportive community. The principle works on positive affirmations and manifestation. They're nothing extraordinary, just affirmations that can influence your mind to make the positive change you wanted. They are sometimes exaggerated to work faster. Our minds are truly powerful. Keep in mind, I'm not the superstitious type, so I wouldn't say all this if it didn't actually work. Subliminal messaging has been used since long, in fact. Now, the reason we gatekeep our community is because there has been instances of negative/harmful subliminals. It has been becoming increasingly difficult to trust Subliminal makers. So when you expose the community further, there's more potential for new people making bad subliminals. I just hope that something like that doesn't happen again. All in all, I'm happy Ravon showed some understanding unlike others who bash the community for no reason. Thank you for reading through

But, if people think we blindly just trust subliminals and are freaks listening to them, some may want to take greater advantage of it and put up bad subliminals. It's to clarify to them that we stand together as a community and always reassure to each other when a subliminal is safe or not. We have NO place for negativity. But, at the same time, we shouldn't gatekeep it to the point that someone who would benefit from subliminals feels left out. We're a welcoming community but do not accept toxicity. At the same time, it's best to be introduced to subliminals yourself and not through TikTok or KZread. Anyway, I don't think Ravon meant any harm.

i've known about subliminals since like 2017 and i'm convinced they really do work but it's important to be careful and to go in with a good mindset. i remember i would listen to so many weight loss subs and i'd even play them during the night, eventually my weight started dropping drastically and it got to the point where i hit 100lbs and less i can't really remember but i was underweight. it took a while to gain weight after that but now i'm at a healthier level
