I am getting the same shorts over and over and over and I have had my watch history on always. Using PC chrome to access the site. The only way I can get a new short it by clicking the shorts button again, but when I scroll to the next one it's just the last ones I've already seen again.

it’s actually not… all my shorts are so boring and keep repeating. this is a new account and i used to have my desired shorts but now they keep repeating and they’re kind of stupid. i love watching shorts because i don’t have tik tok or instagram for reels, so it’s my only option
