Destroy Google They literally offer you videos for fucking free. You don’t have to buy premium and it’s not that big of a damn deal. Your acting like to watch a video you have to buy KZread premium. If you wanna listen to music while playing another app get Spotify or some shit. It’s not a waste of money it’s them trying to make fucking money because not everything is free.

I love youube music. It's actually finally got me on board with streaming music rather than manually downloading mp3s, but they really need to fix the "song is unavailable" issue. Some of my music playlists that I made back then before KZread music are butchered badly because a lot of the songs aren't playable on the app for whatever reason.

I have Netflix, but even without KZread Premium, I watch a lot more KZread. It just has such a wide variety of content and is so personal to each creator.

Love the volume and clarity of your video. Very easy to follow with lots of info. (I can't hear a high percentage of KZread videos on my laptop and I thus have to cast them to the TV.) But it would have been a little better if you explained if this service is tied to each profile I have on this laptop ? I have too many playlists and I want to split them out into 2 different profiles. And what about our other traditional PC which both me and my wife use ? Would I have to give her my PW to use my premium ad free profiles ? I usually create playlists for things she wants to learn about. Our niece lives 3 doors away and I would also like to take my ad free profile and laptop to her house ISP and WifI when they are having a party. (I would cast my laptop onto their TV,) I want to do this in the most cost effective way I legally can.

In other videos explaining service the family plan requires you to use same IP. It is 17.99 per month. I may try it for 30 days because i like lots of music i find here.

*A lot of people don't want to pay for music and they download it illegally or they just use adblocker and don't bring any value what so ever to the creators. So, I believe it's just fair if we'd pay at least a small price for the good content. Just like you should be sponsored by those companies that you review! Great job!*

It's not about getting the content for free, it's about having to pay far more for the same thing. It might actually be cheaper to get a newspaper(the paper version from the 90s) then to run your data bill to the fucking moon reading the same shit on your smartphone.

I have a pixel 2 and I have the same issue. Annoying! The only reason I stick with it is for the better recommendations and the auto refreshed offline playlist

Quick knob question. All the adds I see for youtube premium show it as something would use on a phone. I only use youtube on my PC, do all the relevant premium features for PC use apply without installing a phone app.

Prices on KZread's movies are too expensive. I don't really even watch movies, but when I did, I could rent videos for $1.00 and even 2/$1.00 at Family Video. All movies should only be $1.00 to stream. It's all their worth.

I'm finding myself watching KZread way more than Netflix.

Any info on the sound quality of the music? Amazon Prime Music HD boasts an audiophile level. Does the premium offer the same?

Since Premium gets rid of ads does that mean content providers (KZreadrs) would no longer be able to monetize?

Hey bud!! Nice review!! My review is down to this. I have spotify and you tubemusic. Spotify is more organized in music. KZread music will give you low quality music so you do need to find a good quality at times. The only reason why i like yt is because the music videos that spotify dont offer. Its pretty kool to download YT (App) and play music vidz on your tv ad free. So of your not really into music videos. Spotify takes the win.

I definitely use KZread way more than Netflix. But to me. They are two completely different apps for me. Netflix is movies and tv. KZread is clips and pretty much everything else. I love both.

I download videos for when I’m riding in the car or mowing the lawn. Premium is SO awesome. Well worth the $$$$. I’ve paid for it for years. KZread is the reason why my screen time is so high.

KZread music is the best choice for the countries like mine where old songs are not found on Spotify or apple music, but on KZread. Because more people upload music videos in KZread than any other platform.

Does KZread premium have downloadable music that i can keep and download to Samsung music?

I keep getting the “try for 1 month” free trial offer, but I’ve been waiting until this summer (or at least a month with 31 days in it), so I’m kinda close to trying out the free month trial. Will I try it out?

St. PaddyMad! YES. The only problem: you WILL buy another month after being able to have mobile Adblock and download. You also support your creators more, as part of your monthly payment goes to the creators you watch the most. Just don’t fill it through apple.

I thought KZread premium was way too expensive until I realised it came with the music app (since I don't have spotify) I guess this is their tactic?

You used to be able to download by typing in "ss" before the y in youtube (on desk/laptop). Not anymore, google wanted more $.

Another bad, is that it took a feature already available on mobile (the ability to play videos while not using the app) and made it part of the service. Basically they just locked a feature behind a paywall. Not cool

I'm 68, don't watch netflix but I do like to watch a variety of KZread videos and karaoke lyric videos.

I have premium because I hate ads and I like to play in the background. But 15.99 is too much. Honestly should be under 10$

I rarely watch Netflix. I can almost find what I want to watch on KZread.

I spent 80% my screen time on KZread according to my iPhone report , but don’t see what premium version has brought on table since all the video I watched is free

A few monts ago i subscribed to Google play and was soposed to get KZread premium free! I did not get it. KZread videos still had ads! So i cancelled it! Which one do i need to get in order to have downloadable music that i can put in my Samsung music library?? And how much??

man....... No one can tell me the difference from playing music just from your downloads on youtube premium compared to playing from youtube music. What is the fooking difference. Sound quality as i have checked is the same. I just don't get it. And to top it off a lot of the music i listen to on premium isn't in the youtube music. Please for the love of god can someone explain to me what is the benefit of playing music from youtube music compared to playing it from youtube premium?.?.?.?.

I personally don't mind paying to see less of those f**king ads. 10/10 worth it.

I watch established shows on netflix & amazon. I use youtube premium (I hate ads!) for music and original content - vids by real people, example Apau Hawaii Tours, aka Scott, who filmed the entire Kilouea volcanic eruption in his subdivision last year. The best reality tv IMHO! I also follow van dwellers (CheapRVliving) animal trainers, and catch a lot of news after the fact (MSNBC, SNL, Colbert, Daily SHow) in video format. For music, everything I ever owned on vinyl or cd is up here, the quality is decent, and I dont need any hardware. perfect for an old boomer like me.

You asked if we watch more YT or Netflix? What about Prime? 🤔 Actually I haven't gotten into all of Prime's music yet but heard it's abundant. I use to switch between the two every few months or so but have been with Prime quite awhile now. I like it's movies and documentary choices a lot better, which is my main thing. Plus I just added the Smithonian channel to Prime for a 7 day free trial, 4.99 per mos after that. I don't think Netflix offers that. Anyway I also have YT Premium and both apps, music and this one, and love it. My main like was no more annoying ads! But to answer your question about Netflix vs YT? Yes! Especially when I had Netflix I found myself watching stuff on YT way more. With Prime it's about an even score. Maybe a tad more YT? I think that says a lot about both of them. But Google and ALL of it's various service perks are awesome, like a part of my everyday life! Gmail? But Amazon has all its conveniences as well. Shopping? And with Prime you get discounts and often overnight delivery free. Well, thanks for all the tricks and info on YT Premium apps that I didn't know! Question: sometimes I'll find a song on YT Music and choose the music video option and the audio will be just bad. But then I go over to this YT app, the reg one, and find one with good audio due to more uploads. But as you say you can't juggle between apps and play music using reg YT app? YT Music usually only has 1-3 versions of a music video. Why? Or am I missing something? And is there a way to flag or complain about a bad audio video on YT Music if you're Premium?

you can't stop autoplay on the mobile app only pause. they don't tell you that you can only watch on a damn phone.

KZread is an amazing resource for music and educational videos and it's my daily tool for music transitioning away from iTunes long ago, yet I watch Netflix as much for shows and movies. Wouldnt it be great if Netflix and youtube were combined? The best of both worlds, where I would be happy to pay for.

I have 6 Amazon Echo devices...and KZread Music is not able to be played through them by voice. 😿
