You have to run back then roll to the side right before he grabs. Because he grabs in that last frame like a snapping turtle!

I decided to just jump this boss with mimic tear lol. I already beat Rellana and Divine Beast at RL 150 naked without any of the DLC upgrades using Crescent Halberd. These big bosses in small arenas get annoying imo.

Almost how video games work

I spent more time looking inside the walls and the boss’s body than seeing the actual fight but this DLC is apparently 95/100 on metacritic, the highest ever 💀💀 at a certain point we have to admit the base game is doing an unbelievable amount of heavy lifting for this to even be considered good , there’s about 3 good new boss fights out of 40

I’m ng+4 lvl 266, took me at most an hour to beat this mf, he’s a lot easier with a heavy weapon. For me i used Maliketh’s blade and no armour so i could dodge faster, he’s easy af if u can beat him in speed.

It took me 4 tries with the rellana boss and this hippo took like I believe 2 Why the regular ass pedestrians are stronger then most of these bosses 😒

i beat the hippo in 4 tries and it took me 28 secs on my 4th try to beat him. using a lightning build is no fun
