We have used the laundry in the Self-Service Laundry Room several time. There was never anyone else in there when we were. Would throw clothes in washer, to to Breakfast Buffet, and come back to put clothes in dryer. We are now packing much less. Also a small collapsable hamper is super handy in the cabin.

We've always had the same experience when doing our own laundry. I have a ton of credits accumulated for our upcoming cruise, and I'm going to have them do the laundry this time.

I have no problems with doing my laundry on Princess Cruises. I wish that other cruise lines have self serve launderettes.

Lots more do now but it’s hit and miss on some ships for some of them and MSC for example don’t do it at all I think.

I'm Elite and wil get free laundry, on my next cruise. But I am worried about how they handle the clothes. If I specify cold wash on special instructions, will they do that? How about low heat dry or hang dry? I'm going on a 30 day cruise, and this could make a big difference!

Thanks. this is a question I have wondered about. Is the laundry busy on embarkation day? We have a land/cruise package with princess next month to Alaska. Land first. We were thinking about doing laundry the day we get on the ship.

Theres laundry detergent sheets on amazon, easier to bring u dont need to worry abt laundry pods bursting in ur luggage

Will Princess take on board credits for laundry services?

Yes! If you choose to have the crew do your laundry, this will be billed to your onboard account, and if you have onboard credit, that will be applied first!
