That is because of his tallness , he first starts with the same speed but due to his long legs which he uses perfectly he wins, this is an advantage of Usain Bolt over the others.

@@makyhsmakyhs6766 wait what. Speed = Distance/time and Sprinting = Stride length × Stride Frequency. Bolt has biggest avg Strides and terrible avg Frequency. But his Peak Frequency is just super human with those strides is just super human. That's what makes him fastest
