It's quite simple, severe every form of physical link with the said ex. Delete his number, do not speak, chat, or even walk pass his street. Cancel all his friends and family members that will remind you of him. If there is any of his material possessions with you, dispose them. Once there is any form of physical link that can remotely make you remember the good times then be sure he will keep coming back both physically and pyschicly to enjoy you. Christianity in Ala Igbo demonised and still demonises Odinani. It will be absolutely difficult to explain Odinani without once in a while pointing out the weaknesses of the very alien religion that gave it a bad label. If you find my applying the same technique Christians resort to repulsive then you will have a feeling of what it tastes or what many Ndi Odinani feel each time Christians sing songs or preach messages that downgrade their Odinani religion.
