You perfectly encapsulated why therapy is a double-edged sword. Not only the fact that every therapist isn't a good therapist (I've spoken to plenty of them and also heard plenty of horror stories with therapist as opps) but that you only really ever hear the client's perspective on their issues and not necessarily the reality of their issues. It's rare especially now that people want the help that they say they want. No one goes to therapy to be held accountable for the choices they've made in life. It's giving clients a place to speak without being judged. I'm sorry sometimes hearing what you don't want to hear is the best wake up call to begin healing and growing.

If anyone hasn't spent a year isolated from family and friends, while at the same time being subjected to consistent spiritual and psychological warfare... I don't suggest you try it. The upside is that the isolation allows for spiritual growth but the downside is that you could easily lose your sanity... You might actually learn to love those who hate you or maybe you'll develop PTSD and struggle to sleep soundly? If you appear to be relaxed, people may assume that it isn't that big of a deal but if you allow the stress to get to you, you might unalive yourself... In any case you will feel like a rat in a cage and you'll have trouble trusting people because the few friends that you have are in on the scam to control your life... 😊

I took the advice and meditated… and it felt like a crown being placed on my head. I still feel the impression. I could see the shadows of my spirit guides… there must be a hundred of them.
