Patterns can't heal. Because patterns are just actions people repeat for different reasons. A way of thinking is a pattern. There aren't lessons to learn. You can only learn about yourself why you act or think like you do in particular situations. Or learn why other think and do things in a certain way. That is all pretty natural and has nothing to do with healing but understanding. You don't make any impression of being able to process life experiences by yourself, the way you talk.
