I have two separate systems installed and warrantied by Titan solar including a main panel upgrade. Solar Edge monitors the system and is carrying the warranty for the inverters, however they don't cover the labor. The panels were white labeled and sold as Titan branded panels. I am at a loss here on what to do since I no longer have a labor and parts warranty for the racking systems, panels, or labor for these pieces and parts... Titan Solar was supposed to be legit, I had good luck with them in 2020 and decided to use them again last year for out expansion. I am hoping for a class action lawsuit to handle costs involved with the labor warranty loss.

If there is any good news to come out of this, your racking and the panels are the least likely components to have issues. The inverters are where issues typically occur.

This is why I've come to the conclusion that when I finally do solar, I'll be installing it myself and understanding the system from head to toe. I'm not going to rely on anybody else. Or, I just won't get solar.

Are people still responsible for their loan if there solar company went bankrupt??

The likely answer is yes. However, it's hard to say for sure without knowing your loan details.

Titan Solar was legitimate and they still left us out to dry

90% of Solar companies go out of business. Solar for a future is a joke. Like you said this was a top company. So sad that the Gov. will push this for the future and will make you go broke.

Although several recent "major" solar companies have failed, this does not mean all solar companies are bad. There are lots of solar companies that are well-run, financially stable, and doing things the right way to position themselves for long-term success. Companies fail in every industry.

What about the warranty from manufacturer not from the installer

The manufacturer's warranties would still be good if the installer goes out of business.
