It is interesting that their priority was to teach you French and English rather than their native language; Lingala. We really need to learn to value our own languages, that are as valuable as any other languages.

Enjoy your trip to Kinshasa. Enjoy the Fumbwa in Kinkole ( its better in N'Sele though). U should go to Safari Beach resort while in Kinkole. There are some new shopping centres which are cool. I worked in Tourism while there so got to visit a lot of interesting places. Lola ya Bonobo is also worth a visit. My favorite place to eat Fumbwa is Chez Fleur in Gombe. Na lingi Fumbwa😀
