Truly Emotional! His words are True. I lost my Beautiful Mother Nearly 3 yrs ago. My Wonderful Father passsed away on her 1rst Death Anniversary. They can never be replaced you will forever have an emptiness in life without them. Pray for their Health for them to have a long Beautiful life in which you are always there for them. KISS HER FEET. My mother loves me sooo much. I hate myself because I make her feel bad. I disrespect her, tell her to kill herself. Am changing. Am gonna do anything I can for my mum. She's the best thing ever. Wallahi this made me cry soo much. May Allah grant my father and mother to jannat ul firdous ameen. My father passed away 2 years ago Alhamdulillah he read his Kalimahs and Surahs before he passed away. So I’m happy about that, he’s in a better place inshallah. May Allah grant all our family members that are still alive, specifically our parents a long life ameen.

No one is saying parents are perfect but no matter WHAT a parent has done that doesn't mean they should be disrespected. No you don't have to take abuse but you can love from a distance. my mother is horrible to me but if she calls and says she needs I get it. If she calls on some rant I listen for a few and then make excuse to get off fone.

Sonja Teal I disagree. Love and respect is mutual. You cannot love and respect someone who's abusive, and if you do that means you're in an unhealthy relationship which is likely to cause you to have some problems in the future. Abuse destroys everything.. Ps: If you're abused, mentally, sexually or physically, you should seek help and immediately get out of the relationship

Don't say she was never there for me. Ask Allah forgiveness for you and for your mom and for everyone. You have to help your mom. Be a good son. Jannah is under your moms feet. I've read some of the comments underneath to only find that some are going through a good relationship with their parents whilst others aren't. Islam is about character when we talk about the prophet s.a.w we talk about his character not his facial features or how good looking he might have been. Just a message to all islam is about character conducting a character with good faith and if u have faith on Allah he sees all affairs through n brings light into the hearts of those that do good. We can only make dua for those who aren't. I always say of you can not get along with someone then keep out of their way. Start breathing a little for yourselves. Conduct yourself as a good Muslim. If someone does bad to you two wrongs don't make a right. Instead be good to them they may need a little mercy from you to put them in the right path and if this does not work. Walk away don't argue. My mother passed away on March 28th around 4:30 PM IST. She passed away in the month of Ramadhan. I wasn't a good son to her. Always use to argue, back talk, talk bad about her, was never kind to her, had slapped her once. On the day when she passed away, few hours before that when I walked into her room. She said that my dear son is here and my life is here. That morning when she passed away I also had entered in that room. I don't know why, but I didn't want to step out of the room. Something was telling me to stay with her, despite not haven't slept for days and had done night shift that night. I didn't knew that by evening she will be leaving this world. I don't know something was pulling me back in that room. I miss my mom so much, I feel like I am amputated. A part of my body is missing. I did loved her and I still do, but we never understood each other and never listened to each other. I am so sorry mom, I am really really sorry... Please keep my mother in your prayers. May allah bless her a beautiful house in Jannut Firdaus.

My mom wasnt and isnt home when i get home. My mom was one of my biggest struggles in practicing islam. Threatening to burn my abaya's if i ever dared to wear such "weird oldfashioned shameful" garments. She supposedly loves me yet she has hurt me more than anyone ever has. Saying whatever she wants to and thinking a "sorry" will make me forget. Saying she hates me. Saying i'm the worst daughter ever (this was because after a trip to turkey because i was too boring (i only swam with her once and didnt so enough stuff with her..(the trip was 8 days or so). I dont wear make up or anything. I only wear wide long clothes. I never go to school parties. I'm always just at home studying or doing whatever (i follow the highest form of education in the netherlands with latin and fast lane english courses. In sha allah this year i will get my Level B2 and next year in sha allah start and finish the C with a camebridge certificate). Only yesterday she was so mean to me i was crying straight for an hour at least and after that everytime i looked at my wet (she spilled water on while yelling at me and throwing stuff) latin dictionary I started crying a gain. Also my eyes were swollen and my head was hurting from all the crying. So i couldnt do my homework which also made me really really sad. Later she came in to "apologize". I told her everything was fine cause i didnt want her to feel bad but now i still feel really sad and i'm crying right now while i'm suppose to do math and i truely dont see why i should be forced to spend my life with this woman who makes me feel like SHIT! So tell me please. Why am i suppose to see her as this amazing gift?! I just really dont know what to do cause she's intervening with my school cause i'm crying instead of translating latin scriptures and i cant have that right now. Not this year! I NEED to get straight a's and take extra curriculums in order to get into med school (this is why she yelled at me and threw with stuff. Cause i told her i applied to help with this school event cause it looks good on my CV. ). I just really dont know what to do.

Simply Sookie Show your mom Mufty menk videos about parents. Give her dawah. It's your mom. Your not the only in this situation. Bear sabre. Be better friends with your mom. Talk to her more. Give her dawah. Show her mufty menk videos. Also show her the prophet paths video Allah will not take it lightly. It is a video about respect. You gotta show her that she needs to respect everyone, including her daughter. She has no right to treat you this way. Forgive her too, she is your mom. Never say why i am forced to be with her. Cmon it's your mom, your supposed to love her. No matter what u do to help her and make her happy you will never repay your debt that she carried you for nine months when she was pregnant.
