Glad you touched Enlisted, I just started this game weeks ago. I play The Pacific Theater as Japanese side and I'm enjoying katana charge for now. With full of stamina and sprint speed increase perk, you can be a Jedi knight because you can decapitate them before they shoot you.

Meh, Enlisted is like H&G's monetary scheme x100. Everything locked to chapters, it is ridiculous, you have to re-earn everything if you want to play in another chapter. IDK why people gave H&G shit for its unlock system whilst Enlisted is 100x worse (and 100x more expensive with real money).

@@DutchGuyMike yeah, Only thing of its downside is that theater system. Especially the USSR theater that has 3 different theaters and we have to do it one by one. Why do we have to play the USSR and Germany for 3 times from scratch? wait, German got 5 different theaters so we have to play German for 5 fucking times, what a joke... There is no way we can have the USSR VS the USA unless they do add Korean war or Vietnam war, and of course, there is no chance to have a battle Japan VS German or The USA VS UK, I really don't agree with that Theater style game play.

holy shit you articulated why hng felt like better than enlisted you're really right i didn't get the same dopamine killing people compared to hng. Killing enemies in hng just miles feels satisfying and rewarding especially if you're being a one man army in the capture point. Bots really doesn't have a place in games like these, I remember used to just playing casual match because war match resource dependent scared me but after the casual match got added bots i literally just switch to war match because it wasn't fun killing bots... and ALSO YEAH I JUST REALIZED HOW MUCH I DAY DREAM IN HNG BACK WHILE IN CLASS, I often think about that stupid kills i got or that insane streak of the newbies i destroyed. It didn't have the same effect at all after playing Enlisted sadly :(

There is actually something called lone fighter mode without bots but the servers are opened by players and is customizable to a point where theres literally no HUD at all and friendly fire is on.

I too started playing enlisted normandy after the news about HG ending. Some aspects are better and the game is definitely more realistic but some aspects are worse especially in normandy :D. Love the smell of sulfur in the morning.

So heroes and generals and enlisted i think are about the same years old. Now the thing is that heroes and generals was a good game but Enlisted is war thunder everything but its got infantry and its many times better the only issue is that not all PCs or Laptops can run it (for example mine struggles a lot running it) but as a game it has been entertaining and fun. Overall i wouldnt call it a replacement, replacement for the channel but...I prefer war thunder because i cant play enlisted
