Pretty fun for a free game, certainly beats playing against bots in Battlefield 1942 over and over again like I used to as a little kid.

As a fellow bot enjoyer, Enlisted blends the feel of bot matches and pure PvP multiplayer so well with the squad game modes. Keeps the servers feeling populated no matter the region or time, and gives even non-chads the epic rambo feeling when you wipe a squad (perhaps when the player controlled squaddie was distracted by something else).

I hate to break it to you but because of the squad system, 70% of your kills in Enlisted are bots. There are only around 25-30 actual player controlled enemies in one match.

Most soldiers in Enlisted are bots though. They always know where you are shooting from no matter what

I'd say Enlisted is more detailed in certain areas than other WWII games. Being able to climb ladders, realistic tank crews and mechanics, flying planes, destruction, and so on, I find it has a lot more that you're able to do than in HLL or PS. It's fun

The tank crewing and mechanics are the main reason I play this game. As a War Thunder player, I thoroughly believe that it has by far the best multiplayer tank gameplay and mechanics (like crews, armor pen, tank modules etc) than in any other game, and being able to basically just use those same mechanics in a game with playable infantry is something I've wanted for YEARS. Even though though most locations on the maps tanks are at a disadvantage, like closed tight roads and alleyways surrounded by buildings, it's still a blast.

@@sepp1874 Very true, but sadly I can't get into it again. Been through the initial honeymoon, found a fantastic server that hosted and took part in loads of cross-server events and tournaments, made friends I have to this day and loved it to bits, especially the WW2 events. Sadly, things went downhill, the community I interacted with near daily soured, split off into smaller and smaller communities until it dissolved. Fuck HOG. Never been a more toxic server in any game, and I'm dying on that hill.

I'm loving enlisted myself Germany on the Normandy campaign,fear the flammenwerfer, myself I think it's the best balance between something like battlefield and an actual milsim type game it's hyper deadly but still arcadey

I used to play Enlisted so much but quit and I don't think will play again until they get rid of or change the way their launcher works. Which is funny because you mentioned WW3 in this video and theirs is similar as well, and I will also not play it until they change it.

@@dethii0510 It uses P2P and seeding, and is super slow. I don't like that to begin with, so they offer the option to turn it off, but it actually won't, it will still use P2P and seed but be even more slow. And it also installs and creates files in multiple different locations and creates so many different registries compared to other ones. It's so annoying to actually fully uninstall. And I'm pretty sure I remember it pretty much always being open, even if you closed it, I believe it would actually open itself again later, but I could be misremembering that part. But I'm pretty sure it did and that was another reason why I decided to uninstall it.

My two favorite content creators - together? Can’t wait to watch.

Still love the battlefield 2 intro music. Brings me back to the good days 💔

"Smooth, Clunk" is a perfect description for this game and inidentaly TF2 aswell.

Glad that some great content creators are playing my current favourite game! I play on ps4 but man it’s so much fun! One-shoting tanks with rocket launchers, holding an entire angle with an MG, assaulting a trench or a house with a BAR, there’s so many great WW2 gaming moments! Play some more because there’s lots to do!

Just started playing, game is super nice and I really want to like it, it's the realism and the seriousness I look on games. But man, I always feel alone. Try to use the mic but, shit, I always feel like saying dumb shit. Maybe it's just me and need to push me a little.. Community seems polite, and I got very few hours, so maybe I'll end up fitting in.

I'm so happy to see Drewski on Enlisted, my fav gamer youtuber. Can't wait to frag him hahaha

I absolutely love this game. Absolutely fantastic. I’ve always Loved playing against bots, and this is that on steroids. Perfect.

Ah, I need to get back at playing a little bit of Enlisted, especially with my squads I unlocked in one event. Hell I love playing sniper in this game (oddly as I can only play sniper well in only Ghost Recon series, Sniper Elite series, and Arma series, plus Enlisted) but I do also play a lost of the game mode where you control a squad of AI and I do have the best memories seeing the fights from a different perspective. Especially so when you see huge waves of infantry and having to pick to picking shots or just keep shooting. Enough so that all my sniper squads have a engineer to build a ammo box. My best memory was as a Italian sniper squad for the North Africa maps, and British Commonwealth infantry stroking the capture points. Even though the match was lost, a very slow defeat, I do remember racking about around 300 kills. I don't think I did break 300, not including assists, and the squad wasn't wiped, out of the 5 only 2 died. But it was extremely fun

In the closed beta you could steal the enemies tanks but they realized how badly that breaks the game.

6:12, drewski, quick tip: if you shoot the last round rather than pressing the reload button, you put in a clip rather that individual bullets, speeding it up by probably about a second.

Their flight model is very weird and the fact that its so weird is weird since its made from the same company as war thunder. They really should change it, even their tanks feel like its too heavy

It's definitely a fun late night game to play.

Been a while since i've played, but a cool little detail, im pretty sure you can quickly press whatever your ads button is to get a normal look down ironsights instead of the zoomed in video game look, just a cool little thing :)

imho... the game loosk stunning! Sure.. it doesn't have the latest shaders but the vast amount of greens just give it that special atmosphere

This is the most casual new shooter in the market rn. In a market full of sweaty games it's honestly kind of a breath of fresh air. I love the AI mode. Just getting into a building and telling my AI to cover each opening or window individually is actually a good strat lol. The AI have shit aim(feels like 30% accuracy), bad pathfinding, and poor reaction time. Yet they still feel more engaging than most AI. The reason for that being is the fact they could 1 shot you lol. They might miss most their shots but when they hit you you're dead lol. I love the vehicle system too. Coming from games like Squad and Hell Let Loose it's dope to just switch to the other seats and control those lol. In games like HLL and Squad it's really hit or miss if your crew know what their doing so it can get stressful just trying to teach people how to play when the majority don't bother trying to learn lol. Best way to describe Enlisted is it's a great stress reliever lol. Super grindy but don't really care honestly cause it's a free game and you don't really have to pay to enjoy like most free to play games. Just a fun game to boot up play 1-3 relaxing games on it and then move onto the next. Gives me so many Star Wars Battlefront vibes with how chill the game is

I love watching new people start to play, and then I wipe there whole squad with some well placed mortars as they move towards the objective, and sniping a squad one bye one as the player switch's the people on that squad to try to counter you but you get that shot off everytime and just watch a frantic mess happen in front of you. One of my favorites always end up coming back on the bigger updates and probably always will

as a person who has too many hours in enlisted, i respect your sanity

You missed out on 2 fun events. The modern combat and space event were fun asf. If the game does well they'll go beyond WW2

Game is super fun for free 2 play product, its grindy as hell tho as expected from gaijin but you get most of very good squads early in like first 10 campaign tiers that will carry you till the end tbh only exception are tanks that are powercreeped as hell in end game, for guns its really not that much,

Unless you play the pacific where the game strongly encourages you to play. America where you will always be on the offensive and absolutely obliterate Japan. I thought Tunisia was my least favorite but pacific took the spot impressive honestly.

Welyn is such a zoomer its so funny ^^ Your energy and synergy is just so enjoyable

U can get back in the battle very quickly in this game just off personal squad alone. HLL it heavily relies on comms/ coordination attacks. Gets really frustrating when there’s no spawns and running 10 minutes to get headshot from “ somewhere… “ 😂 Enlisted is still fun in its own way

just got enlisted the other day i had gotten into a match this morning and i ended up behind enemy lines and only died cause i ran out of ammo!

Is it still grindy as hell or? Cause that's what stopped me last year when it came out

Enlisted is from the same producer as War Thunder which has by far the best military vehicle battles when it comes to being towards the realistic side. For years now there have been rumors of infantry but that would get the Warthunder rating from teen to adult. So they just put it in a new game focused on infantry. Funny enough, in warthunder you can hit a tank with a 120mm round and blow up everything in the enemy tank, but it will say crew unconcious to keep that rating. 😉 but it really has a monopoly on PvP vehicle combat.
