    1 MORE TIP: After showering, before applying any oils, step out of the tub or else the next person to use the shower is gonna slip & bust their ass! Dangerous, but good regimen. It works.

    @@shareekwillis3934 Yes, almost. If I didn't clean the tub afterward, I could see how hot water + invisible oil residue will make the oil melt and become slick once a foot steps in it - even if you're filling it for a bath/ but more high risk if its a shower.

    Will it help to thicken the hair ? Do you massage it in your scalp daily ?

  • @kalbimEgede

    I would mix the rosemary essential oil with my conditioner. Just a couple of drops. but better still with a carrier oil such as coconut oil, avocado oil, even just olive oil or what have you! Massage the oil mixture into your scalp and hair, then wash your hair a few hours later or the next morning. And yes, rosemary oil is supposed to make your hair thicker and longer. I only just got it yesterday and haven't had time to try it out. I'm afraid of putting any essential oils on my skin, including my scalp, without mixing it e g with the carrier oil.( I got avocado myself. I hate the smell of anything coconut but it is supposed to be really good for your hair too.) but then I have sensitive skin. Rosemary oil is especially concentrated anyway. I am planning to do the oil mix thingy at least once a week...

    Great video. I have long thick hair & I am in the process of letting my natural "white" color come through. My hair dresser is helping by "lifting" my darker color & this is leaving my hair dry & somewhat damaged. I am excited to try the scalp massager, the supplement & the oils. I will let you know how this journey goes. Thanks again for the great video!

    I like the spaghetti look, especially with some shine to it. But I was thinking the same thing about her look! She's very gorgeous. She looks a lot like me daughter. People question my daughter's race all the time. But that is one of the uniqueness about black people, especially when they have an accent. It throws a lot of people off when they look like her type and not be biracial, but yet, they look biracial.. But being black, I still know a sister when I see one, even if she is biracial. But speaking of browns, all browns are related. They all came from the same brown soil. Africa is proof. There, you have blacks with all types of hair. including bone-straight hair and they are almost as dark in complexion as you can get. I forgot exactly what they're called. They get as dark as Ethiopians. Maybe that explains blacks differences here in the US. My mother had dark wavy hair. It was so beautiful after washing it. And it shined so beautifully after putting light oils on it. She'd wear it in a long plat or back in a ponytail. She was also a beautiful woman. She had to be for guys my age to have a crush on her. (lol) She was beautiful fallowed by a strong personality. But that's always been a signature for Black people. Meaning, Real Blacks; not those raised in dorky neighborhoods.

    I started using all five of your tips about two months ago. I'm definitely seeing an improvement in the length of my hair. The one that I found to be most beneficial, well actually they are all beneficial so I won't say that, but the one I really like is putting the pre-poo on my hair before I wash it. I use solid coconut oil. I scoop it out and cover my hair and scalp, then sleep on it. In the morning when I wash in the shower I have noticed a huge reduction in the amount of hair that comes out of my head. Wish I had known about this years ago. Thank you for a wonderful video of very common sense things that I never would have known until I watched this.

It was the WORSE ! I stopped dying my hair,using hair masks like coconut oil,mayo,& avocado ! Which works wonders !!! I started buying shampoo without sulfate ! OGX is my fav !!! Now my hair is healthy & growing !!! 🙌🏼

  • @shopaholics5823

    @shopaholics5823

    Dying your hair is very damaging - so if you were doing that on a regular basis, that's probably why it was in such bad condition. There are many natural ways to lighten/darken hair naturally including using chamomile or lemon to lighten it and coffee to darken it, and that's much healthier than the commercial colors. I occasionally color my hair - like once every 4 or 5 years, if that often, and when I do color it, you can notice the difference in my "hair health" immediately. It takes it a while to recover. Even using the Garnier with Argan oil coloring kits still causes my hair to break and fall out, and I have very thick, healthy hair to start with. Anyway - using coconut oil or a combo of coconut and olive oil in your hair once a week in addition to your sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, will help keep your hair really soft and manageable. Just use it in the shower after getting your hair wet, before washing it, and leave it on for a couple minutes. You can mix it up yourself for much cheaper than buying a pre-mixed product at a hair store and you'll have just as good or better results. I buy organic coconut oil at Walmart - $8 for a big jar of it, and regular extra-virgin olive oil, and using it just for my hair lasts over 6 months. Just some tips and ideas from my personal experiences with the damages the hair coloring did to my hair. :)

Been 8months since I started using the oil and Im loving the result! Best result I've had compared to all skin care products used before! Essence Of Argan Oil and Idrotherapy cream, just helps me a lot. The best skin care i ever had.

    Mine is much better than it used to be after only 4 months of takin the melt in your mouth 10,000 mg Biotin. Also I add lavender oil to my conditioner and use that every other day or so. I use a cradle cap octagon shaped comb to comb it through my wet hair why massaging my scalp. Then leave it on for a little while. I only shampoo about once a week and that is right after I use conditioner but before I rinse. Also I put raw apple cider vinegar in my shampoo. It helps with hard water so nothing stays on or in my hair that doesn’t need to be there. I also only use the shampoo on my scalp. I try not to get it on the ends of my hair. After doing this for about a year I have twice as much hair as before and it doesn’t fall out anymore! Also each individual hair is much stronger and healthier too.
