something to note is that a middle part wont look good on everyone. it'll depend on your head shape. for some people youll look much better if you part it off centered and sweep the larger side over itself (idk hair terms but the person who cut my hair showed me that so i hope it helps!)

@@eshay I'd suggest taking prp treamtent for at least 3 sessions first. I started balding at 15 and used minoxidil (finesteride isn't advisable for teenagers), and as soon as I stopped minoxidil all the progress I got went away. I got a prp treatment twice, with the first one being 2 months ago and I got better results. I also suggest doing whatever this guy is telling you, he gives amazing advice.

For the past like 4 years I only cut my hair like once maybe twice a year and it looked like shit. I've now been growing it out for about 1.5 years and it still looks like shit, but my goal right now is basically long lucious jesus hair. coincidentally found this video after wanting to grow out my hair, because after all this time I've had bad haircuts and I thought it was from my hairdressers (which it kind of was, one didn't even layer or anything). But today I got a haircut from someone I think knew what they were doing and it still came out bad at least to me, everyone says it's good but my thin hair (high density, so it's heavy and is flat) as well as a pretty big forehead to me doesn't fit together. So, after today I'm just going to grow out my hair pretty long, get either a wolfcut or just have long hair and have a man/samurai bun. Because clearly shorter hair (like two block) don't fit me because of my hair type or at least I think that's the problem as well as my forehead so I'm going to go for longer hair, which I have had and I liked way better yet I never realized that until after I got this haircut. Kind of an epiphany of realization that maybe it's just short hair doesn't fit me..?

Fr I cut my own hair all the time. I was 12 the first time I did it, and it came out looking like crap bc I was like "I want side bangs" but didn't watch a single tutorial and I didn't know there are ways to style curly hair so it doesn't look like a frizz ball. But once I started using tutorials, my hair improved by a lot. So far ive done a blunt bob, layered bob, and a mullet-type thing. Recently i gave myself a wolf cut and it turned out great. Also (this is especially important if you have wavy/curly hair) you should learn how to style your hair. Understanding how to use things like mousse, hair spray, heat tools (with heat protectant ofc) (depending on your hair texture) etc can level up your look by a lot. If you have curly hair, try the curly girl method bc it's very good.

Had to stop the video right there in the beginning my friend. Layering doesnt work for everybody especially for people with thinner and finer hair. layering removes weight and if you get too many layers it can result in a terrible cut resulting in an even finer look. So just be careful in how much layering and what kind of layers you ask for.

Yea true, it all really depends on your hair type especially if you have thinner hair it’s best to get layering but takinkg weight off by thinning areas out is a no go. Most stylist won’t make that mistake especially if you have thin hair.

Dude, I don't know if i'm just like dumb or something but neither of those methods (the blow drying and the normal drying) work. The next day my hair always looks quite terrible and it doesn't even flow back.

this works unless you got that natural frizz, my “flyaway” hairs coil up around the top of my head, never smooth to the wave idk. it do be waving though just all goofy silly

To be honest, ever since covid, I've cut my own hair with a common-all-garden pair of scissors -- I don't bother with thinners or trimmers. It's amazing, really: I find that, as long as you don't cut your hair too lopsided, cutting it rough-and-ready looks perfectly fine, and, again, you save a packet not going to a hairdressers. (❤FE🖖)

I don't even do all the steps mentioned here. And I still get those waves. What I do is i dry my hair like a lion. And than just swipe my hand through the middle of my head until it dries completely 🤷

ngl bro if i personally was cutting your hair i'd add another layer at the top and cut the two strands at the front to be at eye level instead of cheekbone level. That way it would actually flow with the rest of your hair instead of being pushed forward by your sides into your eyes. Rn it just looks weird and frames your face in an disproportionate way.

There is nothing you can do, if you want you can trim the top so that it looks better but other than that you need long hair on the sides for a wolf cut and that's not just gonna appear overnight
